Nothing by lies and excuses. Consumer Beware!!!We hired this company to repaint our cabinets. Our job has been going on for over 8 month. They took our cabinet doors to strip and paint at here shop. We paid a large deposit, and then the games began. Only after them problems we noticed they had fake reviews from people and Lebanon and so on. I will assume most of their reviews are from friends and family.Job should have been done beginning of September. It wasn’t. 80% of it finished mid-November. Why 80%?? The lost some of my doors and drawer covers. It has now been 4 month of lies. (I have been told the doors have been ordered several time, they never are.) One time I asked for an update and was sent a picture of a man in a stretcher. No words just a picture. 2 weeks later I was told this was the owner and he fell down and hurt his back. I have over 100 emails sent to them. Most are unanswered. But once told to me by the owner of GMRS. “Not answering my Phone calls, Emails, & Texts for 2 or 3 weeks is a good thing, because he is busy??”I could write a novel on GMRS shenanigans.To end the review, I am not starting to take legal action. I am pretty sure I will never see my doors again, or even get compensated for them. Sadly I spent a lot of money GMRS and now will have to hire a new company to make new doors to match the missing and pay more money.

Excellent!!!!! My kitchen was completed renovated and I am more than satisfied with the result.

As another google reviewer said, Buyer beware. Unfortunately we did our homework after we had paid them 99% of the money. Quality = Extremely poor, service = Extremely Poor. Do your homework, they say they are in business for 20 years, perhaps but with which name? Ébénisterie GMRS? GMRSS? U Design? Reno Pro? The list goes on and on. There is a lot more I have found through searches on the Justice and registre des enterprise sites and consumer affairs. Shameful that they are still around. Robert tried to say a negative false review is illegal. I have many pictures and video which proves my point!One of the 5 star google reviews is from Akram Samman. Seriously the best that you can find !! The finest !!! They made my kitchen look 10 times bigger and fancier I honestly couldn’t ask for more ! Very professionals too. I took my time to look and compare prices with the quality of the job and this is it guys ! I can’t say it loud enough how happy I am with your services. Thank you !!!

I had some work done by another cabinetmaker. A few months after the job had to be done again due to the poor quality of the initial work. I contacted GMRS and they came to the clinic, explained what was going on and fixed the cabinets and drawer with great quality and professionalism. I recommend them to whoever needs a cabinetmaker. Thank you GMRS!

My husband and I are very happy with the excellent services of GMRS. We contacted Robert to refinish our kitchen even before moving into our new home. On day 1 of our move, Robert came to visit the site and offer his insight and expertise on what would look best with what we had. He is very attentive, patient, and always available. His team of workers were also very professional and detail-oriented. Now that we have the end result, we could not be happier! We absolutely love our kitchen! Thank you again to GMRS.
