Apple Eaton Centre
Went to Apple Store at Eaton to get my laptop repaired. It was 8pm by the time my turn came. Wes my tech support agent explained the issue very well and started the repair process. The process took a while and he left me in good hands with Marina, the store manager, at the store closing time. She made sure to keep checking the process was completing by the time they finished wrapping up. Kudos to both of them for the extraordinary customer service ethic.

Man this place is packed with workers....It's sad I couldn't even score an interview with them... given my past experience with Apple.Anyways, recently bought a M2 MBA here. Great service. Was served by a mute representative. It was a different yet wholesome experience.Sat in for the class too for a bit. I believe it's a great start for people who are totally blur in tech.

Went to pick up a repaired item. I asked a staff member about it and they told me to go to a table. I waited 40 minutes for help. The lady who’d helped out a person in front of me told me to ask the guy who was in a long conversation with his team member. And then he just left. So I kept waiting. Eventually the lady came back and helped me out.Longest pick up of my life, but at least I got my product repaired.

I've been here many times for work and for my personal devices. The service is very good. Quicker if you schedule an appointment ahead of time. Depending on what needs to be fixed, you may need to leave your device for a few days. Their pickup service is fairly fast as well. Overall, a decent store.

I have purchased so many Apple products here from Mac to iPhone to iPad to Watch. Also been a Apple user since 2015.It’s just much faster to buy Apple stuff here than buying from third party sellers. Also I’m feeling confident about my purchase because I always have 14 days to return it to Apple even I have opened the product.Agents are so nice, I appreciate their kindness and understanding. They are positive and really makes me feel being welcomed. I’m greatful to be an Apple customer over the years, and I’ll continue to be a loyal customer considering such nice customer services and support.

I’ve been here 2 days in a row buying something and each day left upset and without any excitement from purchase. Some staff was amazing but some staff is really lacking any customer service skill. I felt like they wanted me to leave faster. I understand that they might have been busy and tired, but I work in high paced customer service environment too and at least always smile to customers. Of course it is only me, but I think when you come to Apple you expect something more than a bare minimum.
