So, first of all I had a tremendously wonderful experience with Alishba. She answered my calls every time I called and she called me regularly to keep me abreast with every new development on my car. She was truthful even when it hurt. Overall she worked tirelessly for me and I eventually got my car and I’m happy for it. I’m so glad she was the point man in charge of my claim/case.I had many questions as I went to pick up my car and she took time to answer every single question without rushing me.Guys, Alishba is your go to, she’s sure is mine.Fantastic service. I recommend.

I was referred Assured Automotive by my insurance company. They made whole process so easy and friendly. I uploaded damage pics on app. They did assessment and scheduled me to drop the car. Rental was arranged before my arrival. Initially, it was 7-9 business days work however they were able to complete the entire work in 5 usiness days. Quality of work was amazing. Their customer service was definitely beyond my expectations. My suv was ready within 5 days. Additionally, they serviced my suv inside out. Thanks Auusred Automotive...Kudos to Abdul for his follow ups.

Terrible experience.Was delayed from May to August. Then due to the Toyota warehouse issues, was pushed back to October. Dropping off the car, was now told the person is no longer there, and the parts were never ordered. Horrendous.

Worst customer service ever! Don’t bother going there…girls answering the phone are horrible. My app was rescheduled without a notification.
