Murrieta's Mountain Bar & Grill
Nice place with big windows, views of the mountains and high ceilings. It was loud when we got there due to one large, loud party. Generally good vibe. Large wine list.The food was okay but not amazing. We started with the hummus and flatbread which was good- quite a large portion. The caprese salad was excellent. The mains were okay- we had the cod and the lamb spaghetti and meatballs. The portion of cod was small and slightly over cooked. The spaghetti and meat were good but slightly bland. We finished it off with the sticky toffee which was not quite what we thought but was very good (more of a nut bread with a scoop of gelato covered with toffee).Our server was lovely and attentive.Overall it’s a nice place with decent food.

Murrieta's Mountain Bar & Grill
Nice seating area, great ambiance, waiters are very friendly. However, the portions are small. I ordered flat iron steak and it was well seasoned. The mashed potato that came with it was very salty. The $11 cheesecake cup was overly sweet and not balanced (too much apple jam compared to the amount of cheese mousse and crumbs).

Our visit to Murrieta’s Bar & Grill. The atmosphere was great. Such a great view of the mountains. Service by Emily was great. Drinks were great. We had their fried calamari and it was way too salty. We will go back and try more dishes.

If you’re looking for a great place to host events, have dinner or enjoy drinks, Murrietas Canmore is the number 1 choice!My husband and I booked the Canmore Miner Room on a Friday for our small wedding reception (23 people). It was incredible! The event space is beautiful and hardly needs any decor with the mountain views outside the picture windows that offer lots of natural light!Basma, our contact at Murrietas Canmore is absolutely amazing! She is always happy and helpful over the phone. We had been planning everything site unseen and from a distance, and Basma is very reassuring and made the whole process a breeze!The service is impeccable! All of our guests felt taken care of throughout the entire evening. Everyone is so on the ball and easily flowing with our changing schedule of events for the night!The food and drinks are delicious, we opted for a 3 course meal with roasted tomato soup, a salad and a chicken, steak or salmon entree. 10/10, I would highly recommend eating at Murrietas Canmore!

The place is very nice and offers a stunning view on the mountains. The staff was friendly and really caring.However, I must mention the price and quality of the food we ordered. We paid 22$ each for a cheap industrial frozen pizza, which was incredibly confusing. For that price, I would expect a homemade pizza, not to mention that all the ingredients were listed on the menu as if the pizza had been made in the kitchen. As a result, we feel ripped off and I do not recommend this place.

Had a lovely experience. Enjoyed that the windows were open for the first part of our visit before it cooled down and they were closed. Great service and atmosphere, exceptional drinks and delicious meals. Will be back.
