Danielle went above and beyond and responded rapidly to emails, even while we were on vacation. She is dedicated and truly cares about her clients. When my husband and I decided to book a March break vacation very last minute, we had NO CLUE where to start. Having travelled to Jamaica, the Bahamas, and Antigua in the past, we knew that we absolutely wanted to return to the Caribbean, but with so many resort and location options, we knew we needed some help.Having seen Danielle highly recommended online by a plethora of people, she seemed like a great choice; and wow, did she deliver!!!Within a day of contacting her and letting her know what we were looking for in an all-inclusive, Danielle came back with five incredible options. We quickly chose The Finest resort in Punta Cana, (as it checked all of our boxes), and immediately started planning!We just returned from our vacation this past Sunday and had THE TIME OF OUR LIVES! The resort is newly opened (2021), spotless, extremely well staffed, spacious and luxurious. The food was incredible, drinks strong, and although the resort was at 99% capacity, it was always quiet! We never had to search for shaded loungers or a place at the beach or pool because everything is so well spread out.Definitely THE nicest resort along the beach (by far!), The Finest is incredible for young families with children looking for things to do. The Kids Club is unlike anything I’ve ever seen or heard of. Although our 10 year old son immediately made friends at the pool (and was off ordering virgin drinks at the swim up bar or playing beach football or volleyball), people who took advantage of the Kids Club told us just how impressive it was!Nightly shows were amazing and the multitude of restaurants and bars boasted some of the most amazing meals we have ever had.Thank you so much to Danielle for listening to us so carefully and for finding the perfect resort for our family!
