Pioneer - Gas Station

great place for students from Clara Hughes P.S to go. my kids would go there almost every day when they were in elementary. the employees are never rude to me and they are almost always stocked up on everything they sell and the gas prices are usually pretty decent so I would recommend going here if you need to stop for gas or snacks or anything like that.

They only have 1 competent employee who never has any issues with simple transactions. I had to argue that the price was that was rung up was wrong and that an item is part of a promotion when its clearly marked on the sign. Then I had to fight to get refunded the original charge and had to fight to simply pay for my items correctly and get to leave. A 2min interaction turned into 20 due to the incompetency of the employee and the boss in instruction them.Tried to resolve this with the supervisor who refused to address the issue beyond admitting they have issues with the system constantly ringing up the wrong total.EDIT: THE STORE CONTINUES TO RING UP THE WRONG PRICES AND THE STAFF CONTINUES TO REFUSE TO PROVIDE RECIPETS. THE EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO PROVIDE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND THREW AN INCORRECT REFUND THAT WAS SHORT AT ME.

The lady who works there needs to be fired.Has the worst customer service...ever. Will take calls n clean things up in front of you while you wait to be served, by HER as she stairs at you as if you're the one inconveniencing her.Customer service on the phone is non existent.0 stars for her...the gentlemen that work there are fantastic, perhaps they should take her shifts.UPDATED REVIEWSame, miserable lady works there.. that's unfortunate for business.But noticed that their prices for items change... VERY often... and it's weird that I cant get a receipt for my items just to compare pricing.....Bunch of incompetent thieves running the place huh?Do not go here

Very bad service. The young man who works the midnight shift is very rude. This is not the first time with this person, but it will be the last in this place. This young man should change his way of dealing with people. He treats you as if he is the Minister of Oil in Canada and not a worker at a very terrible station.

Great customer service. Shivam, representative of husky gave me an excellent service.My car got stuck in front of station, he helped me alot.

The cashier with turban today was very rude and ill mannered. Seems like it's his first time in Canada and forgot to learn basic manners. Never going to this place again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The night guy is rude and disrespectful and wouldent t give me the managers phone number they was a sale on something and told me no there wasent even tho it was right on the bag

Although, I avoid giving less ratings and my experience has always been decent with this place, today I was very disappointed. I am a regular customer as my work site is in Oshawa but I won’t be visiting here again after today’s experience. I lost my Airpods at the gas station and as I live far, I asked the boy working there today(July 9) for help as I could guide him the to the exact spot to look for and not search the entire place at his convenience(when it isn’t busy) .Having worked at restaurant I know how busy it could be, all i was looking for decent efforts or a polite answer like; ”Sorry, I tried my best but couldn’t find it” instead of, “You can look for yourself, I am busy” and cutting the call abruptly.

Small grocery area and convenience items. Bathroom was decent but you have to ask for the key from the cashier

After the new tamil owners took over this site, 2-3 times a week there are problems in 2 dispenser units out of total 4 due to which no one can fill in gas there.Also most of the times, dispenser units dont give out receipts and customers have to go inside for collecting receipts.Several complaints has been lodged to staff but no improvement seen in last 2 years.
