Bone & Biscuit

This store is seriously a hidden gem! Stuff that I have been looking for over a year this store actually has! Its been a struggle to find cat toys, not there. I gave up looking for brain teaser toys" for my pup. Again

Stopped through on our road trip for raw meals for my husky and the lady working was nice and very helpful and I had an overall great experience at this store!

I tried to be a loyal customer from the first week Bone and Biscuit opened in Kamloops. Problem was that they never had any stock on their shelves, at least not the pet food I needed. Always had excuses as to why (she simply didn't carry enough, a few boxes a month that were brought in would sell out in a few days, made no sense to me) Found the owner very rude but her staff very friendly and helpful as they could be. I made up my mind to drive out of my way to a different retailer who sells the brand my pet requires and couldn't be happier. I have since heard that Bone and Biscuit has changed ownership at this location and I will try again...I'll keep you updated, wish me luck Lol.

Great Service! I mistakenly bought a bag of Taste of the Wild cat food instead of dog food and didn't realize it until I opened it at home. They exchanged it no problem even thought it had been opened. This is the kind of service that will continue to keep me a loyal customer. Thank you!

I love Bone & Biscuit. The owner and staff are wonderful and always eager to help. They welcome dogs and even minded my pup once while I shopped at nearby stores. Highly recommended.

The experience that I had today at Bone & Biscuit was one that I will appreciate for the rest of my life. Kindness seems to be missing in this COVID day and age but not at Bone & Biscuit. The staff's kindness today made a very hard week for me a little brighter. They gave excellent recommendations and genuinely listen to me. I will hands down recommend this store. Thank you to the staff today.

Excellent!! Customer service was fantastic and my dog absolutely loves the raw food we've got him on.

The best. Small store feel. Awesome lines of products! a little more expensive than big box stores but to support a smaller store doesn't bother me too much

Great bone and biscuit, has great products from reputable brands u like some.if the other bone and biscuits I have been to. The owner is pleasant to deal with and has al ays treated my dog and me well.
