I have a whirlpool bathtub with six Jets that is over 30 years old. It needed some work to say the least.I called Niagara Acrylics, a family-owned business for many years. I spoke with Aaron. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He scheduled a visit to assess the bathtub in a very timely manner. He quoted me a very reasonable price and had my bathtub looking brand new within a few weeks of my phone call!!! He was professional, explained the process and left the area extremely tidy. I couldn't be happier with the finished results. I would recommend this company without any hesitation. On December 11, 2019 Niagara Acrylics repaired my tub and advised it had to come back the following week to polish the tub. I paid immediately via e-transfer $452 for the repair.Aaron was scheduled to come back on December 19, 2019. He did not show nor did he contact me to reschedule.I left a voicemail for Aaron onDecember 23, 2019December 30, 2019January 6, 2020January 17, 2020I have yet to receive any communication back from Aaron of when he can come back to finish the job I paid for.This is very poor customer service, seeing I paid him promptly within 24 hours of receiving his invoice, I would expect him to finish the job.

Niagara Acrylics provided a permanent casting to my 40 year old steel tub. After great service my tub looked like new. Six months later my tub remains scratch free and shiny!! Highly recommend this company
