Purchased a bed (IF-5250) and there were parts missing, parts that were cut or drilled incorrectly, instructions were terrible. Down 250$ and stuck with a bunch of pieces of cheap wood. Would not recommend this cheap furniture to anyone, don't believe the fake reviews.

We purchased a sofa-bed from a catalogue, based on the recommendation of a sales clerk. Upon receiving it we were really disappointed on the quality of the product. The sofa is extremely stiff, so we'll need to add some sort of foam matress on top of it when people sleep over. Furthermore, a piece of fabric tore upon assembling it. We contacted this company via e-mail to purchase replacement fabric from them, they told us to contact the furniture store it was purchase from and never responded to our last e-mail.

Dealt with Hanna Chernitsky. She sold me a dining table. She promised that her clients had it for years and it was great quality. 2 month after I bought it, it started to bubble and deteriorate. She took 2 months to respond back and forth because she was contacting the supplier". I was very patient

I purchased the B-1841 from them via MEGA Furniture Trends. The drawers are missing colour. When I asked for support they flatly denied that check to the sales store from where you go it. But I had picked up the bunk bed from the IDFC.Update :- 7-Jan-2022: So as per the advise by Eric, I reached out to the actual retailer(Mega Furniture). I now have a satisfactory resolution to the quality problem. Moving this review from 2* to 5* with this experience.It is always possible to have quality problems but how it gets resolved that matters.

Bought a white padded leather platform bed from a local dealer, that in itself was a bad experience which I will be covering on there reviews. I knew buying a $200 bed wasn’t going to be the best quality, but the leather was torn at the seams, staples sticking out, wood burrs sharp enough to give me slivers while trying to assemble the bed, the white leather has black finger prints in half a dozen spots. It is just all around a poor quality bed. The foot pegs are attached to the bed only using 2 wood screws which we have already broken our first night on the bed, all while getting it and out of the bed - I could have lived with all of the other issues but when you cut corners on the foot pegs, the entire bed as a unit falls forward and becomes unpractical to even use, all because of 2 foot pegs!Issue after issue that have compounded into what could have been a good review or simply no review at all. This has nothing to do with the dealer of the bed, this is all manufacturer defects and poor quality control practices.

I had a terrible experience. My bed broke the very dame day I bought the bed. They even have terrible customer service You absolutely have no reason to buy from this brand. Do yourself a favour.

I purchased a sofe on Nov 28, 2014 from Raising cane furniture. The product was actually from International furniture.The sofa started to breakdown in June 2015 and I contacted Raising Cane furniture with the receipt and pictures of the defect.She replied after contacting them. She told me they sent the wrong legs and have since not heard back from them.Despite a receipt and pictures, they clearly dont know their products.Worse is that, the sofa doesn't come with detachable legs, so I am not sure what sending extra legs will do.As of today, August 2015, I still have not heard anything back from either Raising Cane or International furnitures.I will never buy anything from them again and I strongly recommend against it. I dont understand why I am expected to change a sofa every 6months when I live alone and I am hardly home.The sofa is just a nuisance in my living room right now, cant use it, cant repair it.
