Location is great, plenty of parking. Reception is polite and nice. Dr. Ho is thoughtful and professional. A bit surprised when it comes to using the machines, I needed to ask for wipes to wipe down where would contact chin and forehead, other than that, everything else is fine.

Excellent experience! My eyes are very sensitive. A while ago (>10 years ago with different doctor) when I've checked my eyes and use the drops - it took me about 2 months to get back to normal. But this time, knowing the history, the doctor was kind enough and managed to evaluate my eyes without the drops. Appreciate it very much for accommodating my needs!
