They don’t take online appointments for nail clipping and their voicemail says they accept walk ins however this location does not. Suggest changing the voice message so others don’t waste their time coming for a walk-in appointment that isn’t actually offered.Service offered is good when received.

I really like the employees, and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was nice to me by answering some of my questions about my new puppy, the only thing was that they didn't have the one thing I went there for, a dewormer for my dog, and she said that they wouldn't get more in for a few weeks, but being humble she told me the other PetSmart stores would have it. I didn't give a total 5 stars cause I believe dog dewormer SHOULD ALWAYS be on the shelf at any pet store.

We love our PetSmart visits with our pups. This location proved to be a terrific spot to stop with them while visiting Ottawa. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The store was very neat and tidy inside and out. We found everything we were looking for and our pups were super happy.

Just wanted to give a special shout out to Danika in the Grooming Department. She was always so warm and friendly when we brought our dog Archie for his appointments and we were consistently pleased with his haircuts.When we called to inform them that Archie had passed away unexpectedly and would no longer need his scheduled haircut, Danika called back to give her condolences - which we thought was really lovely.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location for your pet's grooming needs.

It's the closest one to my house and they never have anything I need. They don't carry the dog food or treats I buy. I stopped in yesterday to try and find a cute outfit for my pup. Nothing. Overpriced and horrible stock of items. This has been a problem for a while now with this store.

Not once during any of my visits, has this location ever had a full shelf of the brand of cat food I buy. They claim they get a certain amount of stock but whether it's a Monday, Sunday, Thursday, or any day of the week I visit, the shelf is almost bare, and not just the science diet shelf - many of the cat food selections are close to empty EVERY time. Serves me right for continuing to give them a shot.
