Good place to live for students. Just at a walking distance from the Transit Terminal. Various types of stores are very close. Different kinds of rooms are available to choose from. Laundry on site. Overall a nice place located in the main area of the city.

Best place for students.Most students are been cheated.Should read the lease contract before signing.

Stay away from this place. The management (Amit) is full of scam. They make a lot of promises and as soon as you pay deposit, they will consider you as a prisoner and won't do anything. They do not return damage deposit and key deposit. The neighborhood is so sketchy. So many homeless people around the residence. JUST STAY AWAYPS. they replied with a false conversation. Evidence at place. WOW

I'm extremely disappointed. Images on the website are NOT accurate as to what I payed a deposit on. That private suite are upgrading into bachelor suites" but they DO NOT compare to the ones listed on the website. The "upgrades" are definitely not worth $1050. Especially compared to the correct bachelor suite pictured. I will certainly not recommend this building to anyone looking for a place to stay. I was so looking forward to that bachelor suite (the one pictured on the website). I went out of my way to go to Sudbury this weekend in hopes of confirming the lease. It was such a disappointment and a waste of my and my family's time. Wish i could give negative stars..."

Wonderful experience with Suite Times! Rooms and other services are awesome and as per my expectations.

I was warmly welcomed to suitetimes back in 2020 and all through my stay, I find it's a great place to call home away from home. It's clean and accessible to most public places, the management showed care and quick to respond to tenants concern and i loved staying there.

Everythings the best other than the common washrooms without locks!

Very friendly staff and considerate of making sure you have a comfortable stay. Close proximity to downtown and the McEwen School of Architecture. Safe and secure atmosphere on the premises.
