Love my neighborhood Shoppers. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Sure it may be smaller and they may close early compared to other locations, but for the area they're in its reasonable. And as for the current covid situation, they do have precautionary measures in place. Hand sanitizer at the door, plexiglass at the registers and for their square footage and the amount of people in the store, I don't see why they need a security guard at the door, which they did have when this started.

Some staff are sadly very rude to Indigenous people. Was sad to watch a whit lady and young man staff members spy like crazy on some poor Indigenous fellow trying to find his items. Really gross to watch. He could not see well and they treated him like a criminal. Rude place. I will shop at a less racist place.

Lack of organization or may be incompetence makes everything much more complicated. Could give several examples, but they probably do not care. So, I would just advise to avoid this location and go somewhere else.

WORST pharmacy in the city. Despicable customer service.Forced me to go a week without necessary medication because I couldn't afford it. Tell me Shoppers, are you medical supervision? Are your pharmacists trained to take people off antipsychotics?

This branch closes at 6 p.m and is very small. Usually don't have what you need. I suggest using other stores.

Don't EVER buy electronics from shoppers. I bought a name brand wireless speaker on sale, which normally costs $69.99 and the quality was terrible. The sound was crackling and the bass it advertised was non existent. I wanted to return or exchange them because I felt there was something wrong with the speakers and was told electronics were final sale. No one attempted to make it right, I didn't see that policy posted anywhere and I was not warned of this while purchasing them. Very disappointed in the customer service and won't be buying anything electronic if they're not willing to stand behind the product they sell.Edit: What kind of response is this from Shoppers. You're thanking me for my bad experience. No apology? No attempt to make it right. Done shopping with you.

Great little store. The staff is friendly and polite. I mainly come to use the post office and to troll the cashier who stole my name.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the pharmacy! The delivery driver was so kind and even brought treats for my dog!

I dropped off a prescription at 4:30PM. I was told I'd receive a call and never did. 6PM comes and shoppers closed. I had oral surgery this same day and was told to take what was prescribed to me before the freezing wears off. That never happened and I went the night without... by morning my face was all swollen up because of the surgery and being without the antibiotics and anti-inflammatory.
