My favourite place to spend my free time and look for tools that are on sale to rebuild an old shower.

I needed assistance with my car and both James and Mario were extremely helpful. James took the time to efficiently provide us with the information and assistance we needed. I was very satisfied with the service we received.

I was so impressed with the service at this store. An item on sale was empty on the shelf and one of the staff went to check if they had any at the back. They did not, however he bought back the manager (Matt) with him who ended up giving us a rain check for the item but also discounted a product that was on sale the week before. The whole experience was so positive and the service was exceptional. I am definitely going to make this specific store as my “go to Canadian Tire” store!

I always used this store however, this time I bought power washer, which had problems constantly and I had no receipt, and they were not very helpful finding the receipt for me. Also had a word with manager at the location. She also could not help me. This is not the first time I have. I’m having problems with the product. Also, I got a power drill from this location I had to get that replaced twice. Luckily they found the receipt for the power drill. Not a good experience because I had a feeling that they did not want to help me get that product replaced repaired or returned. I always used to go to that location but now I will be going to the Oakville Hyde park location. They have much better value coming service and products display there.

We've been going here for 15 years and the service has always been great. 2 weeks ago we purchased 15 bags of soil for a raised planter bed. Jeremy guided us through the purchase, helped us load 700lbs of dirt into our vehicle (without asking) and it was a great experience.

This one I like ...many good quality products to chose. Now had really good discount on many good items.

James in the automotive service department,he went far above looking after me as a customer. He gave me great service and on time appointment and delivered on warranty. He even offered uber service for free if needed.

This Canadian Tire location is the worst place to shop. The most unhelpful rude staff, they will all just look at you and watch you struggle with your purchases, and not even bother to help or offer assistance. No greeting, no manners, just disgruntled and aloof staff, especially the old women working in the cash and front counter. Some of the men were a little more helpful but not the manager, he is also extremely obnoxious.Their prices are more than most big box stores and return policy is ridiculous. Never coming back to this location.

Excellent Canadian Tire location, one that we continue to go back to time and time again, largely in part to the great customer service along with great management (especially one of the managers, Michael).This location has a good supply of kitchen and homeware, auto, yard, and general camp supplies. Everything is always well stocked, and it's always very easy to find a store member walking around should you need help finding something.Store is very accessible, with multiple handicap parking out front along with accessible entrances. Beyond that, it's in a very large plaza with ample parking. The in-store pickup process is also very easy to follow, and super convenient.There is no Canadian Tire gas station in the same plaza, however it is up the street.Once again, great location. Huge shout out to the customer service team at this location, as they're always very friendly and engaging.

My friends and I (all over 18) attended this location on the night of December 21st. While looking at air soft rifles, Michael Vaters, whom we believe to be the manager, came over to us and exclaimed “take it out your pocket.” Upon conversing with him, we realized he was talking about our friend who was putting his Messi penguin in his pocket. After showing him the receipt of it bought at another store and arguing, he left and we moved aisles. While looking at water bottles, he then told us to get out as he followed us throughout the store. We then asked Michael for his card, where, on video, he told us to take “all the (explicit) cards” and “fill my (explicit) boots.” We were not being disruptive and I wouldn’t leave this review if we were, as I’d understand. I believe that he did this out of discrimination towards the friend who he targeted with the penguin, whom is on the spectrum. All in all, while most of the customer service here is great and the investors is good, Michael ruined me and my friends experiences here, one of who was here in Canada, and Canadian Tire, for the first time ever.
