A Ukrainian arrived with a zero level of English. And banking services are necessary and they provide assistance to all regular visitors and newcomers, both with translation from a foreign language and setting up everything you need on the phone and even on Saturday, The level of professionalism is the highest. Everything was done so quickly that I didn’t even remember all the names of the workers because of their modesty,

If I could give a 0 star I would. Had multiple fraud charges through my debit mastercard. At first they were more than happy to help. Now I have sent one of my requests off for a 3rd time after getting the run around from the fraud department and the branch. Thank goodness for Troy from the dispute resolution line that has gone above and beyond. The lady at the teller desk did everything she could to help as well. Just not impressed with how the mistakes and issues were explained to me and again seems each department is void of communication with one another. As well, the GM of the branch felt like he was trying to scold me about this issue. Will be switching banks when all of this gets settled. If dealing with BMO please stay away from this location as I have had to take multiple hours off of work to do their job for them. Putting me first just seems to be a slogan and nothing more. Customer service stops as soon as there is any issue or problem.

I would give no stars if I could....I have went to this location for about 8 years and never once have I ever faced issue's. Until I went there last week on Friday, to cash a cheque and although the cheque had the cheque stub with it (they seen me rip off the cheque stub, as I did it at the counter) they also would have seen the information regarding the cheque as it was all in the same mail envelope. They called and verified the cheque. HOWEVER THEY still would not cash it. I believe it was because I was racially profiled and discriminated against. As i was wearing a bunny hug! I have cashed work cheques bigger the the amount of the cheque I was trying to cash and I was refused. I left with my cheque to the other location and I was able to get that same cheque cashed. The same one Confederation BMO would not cash.. I provided all the proof and they called and got confirmation the other location said it was bizarre that Confederation location would not cash it. I even spoke with the supervisor who spoke to me like I was illiterate while I was there. So unfair as I am a regular bmo customer and have banked with BMO for 15 years. It is unfortunate that discrimination is still very much apart of our generation. However I have contacted the directors and action will be taken.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Olushola Oni! Very professional and accommodating for new parents! He has helped my family with our banking needs and we will be coming back to see him to discuss our future mortgage options.

Bank here if you like being an unwanted customer. I had a chequings & saving account here for well over a decade. I came in saying I wanted to close my accounts and they had the audacity to ask if they should cancel my credit cards at the same time. Not once did they ask why or how they could help change my decision. After 5+ years of garbage (ripoff) banking fees, insulting line of credit offers and terrible credit card offers - I was close to closing my account. After having a E-Transfer fail (BMO stole my money saying they returned it - which was false). I had my e transfer money back into my account (2 days of waiting FOR MY MONEY) after having to find all the numbers, and confirmation code (doing there job) and wasting my time on the phone for over a half hour pleading my case - I decided that was the nail in the coffin. Good riddance, you've lost a long term customer forever due to lack of respect and abysmal customer support.

They heald my government cheque for 4 days and only gave me 100$ to live on meanwhile i will go homeless over the weekend because the manager and the teller wouldn't do anything to help me i sure hope they sleep good knowing that they made a loyal customer go without housing or a means of living so bmo confederation branch gets 0 stars

I would like to give a shout out to Kelli Baxter. I was having some…….issues. She went above and beyond to help me. I think that was awesome. I’mhoping the bank manager sees this. She deserves to be recognized!!

The manager Emma and assistant manager Luwei are the best. They helped me solve my dilemma and I don’t actually have an account there. Bouquets to both of these young ladies. Luwei you totally made my week
