I usually do not write reviews because in my opinion good customer service is a given when you work in the servicing industry. However, today I am making an exception for Cedric Lafontaine. I have never had a remarkable customer service experience as I did with Cedric. He is very thorough and he makes sure that all questions were answered, kept me in the loop throughout the process, and followed up after the purchase. Because of Cedric, Maserati have gained a loyal customer and I will refer others to Cedric.

Was looking to get out of my lease and my fiancés as well … we had a Bmw m4 and a Audi q3 we passed by Maserati Laval after seeing the Levante Modena out on display at carrefour Laval and met Cedric …he took care of the transaction from beginning to end in a professional and friendly manner he got us out of both of our leases and got 12k out of the transaction to top it all off he added a whole bunch of extras…. and not to mention the gifts we received upon delivery day was top !I highly recommend dealing with Cedric Lafontaine he’s all aces
