Can’t express how thankful I am for their patience and service.I had a really unfortunatel situation where condolence flowers I ordered for a friend wound up getting stolen by someone in her building, and they were so kind to help fix the situation right away.The bouquet that finally arrived was unbelievably beautiful. Will be ordering again. Thank you so much!!!

The products here are very creative and nice, flowers are fresh as well and plants seem well taken care of. Definitely an ideal shop for gifts for occasions and for those plant lovers out there.

Really poor communication from the start. When the order arrived it looked nothing like what was requested, and it was already mostly dead. I placed it in water but it was totally gone within two days, which was unfortunate as this was a pricy order. Very upsetting, as I had such high hopes!! I will give an extra star because a refund was issued quickly, so there is that.

Lovely florist that has joined the bustling Rue Centre area.Charming selection of bouquets, potted plants, and horticultural products for very reasonable prices.The owner was enthusiastic and warm, and I left satisfied with a pretty autumn bouquet.

My Mother's Day gift was a 6 month subscription to Monarque Flowers!!! I excitedly await every second Friday, get to pick my flowers with the most enthusiastic florists, and walk out with my spectacular bouquet. Best gift ever!
