This Studio is one of the most professional service providers I have been to. First they respect their customer, making sure they accept appointments they can meet and start with the customer always on time. Elbita is an artist , her hair cut holds shape even after hair has grown long. The color is of high quality. I never had any issues with hair damage after coloring or highlights. It is a relaxed atmosphere. Elbita is pleasant but not chatty if customer is not up to it. Very smart got my vision right away and translated it to the design I described. Very satisfied.

Great experience. My 3 year old got his second hair cut. I dont know the stylists name but she was awesome with my hesitant boy. She did a great job even though she didnt get to finish the cut with clippers. I'll definitely go back and would recommend.

Elbita is very professional and friendly. Ann is an amazing stylist. She is diligent and makes sure you are happy with the style you chose. I will not do my hair anywhere else!!!

Albita, the owner of PHS has styled my hair for almost 20 years- from ponytail length to executive cuts with beard grooming. Fantastic cuts. A good cut takes more than a minute. A genuine lady. Thx!

I have been a customer for many years this is the only place I will ever get my hair done! Professional service, high quality, reasonably priced and Elbita takes her time to make sure the colour and cut are perfect! This is a place that really makes their customers feel welcome and important. The atmosphere is elegant with a sense of comfort. Staff is professional and trained to meet the needs of a variety of styles and highlights. If your looking for a cut above the rest..... I recommend Premier for a fantastic new look or the same style that you enjoy!

It was my first time there today, and my impression is wordless, from the customer service, the atmosphere, and the owner, definitely everything is outstanding.Definitely would go back and get my haircut there. I had just moved to Kitchener and was told by several places that it would be awhile before they could take any new customers. After almost 4 months without a haircut, my short hair style was gone, so I was very happy to get an appointment with Elbita.She was pleasant and professional. She took the time to layer and restyle by scissoring rather than shaving. Coming back this week with my daughter-in-law and granddaughters. Many thanks and stay safe.
