My group arrived around 9pm and for only 15$, were able to stay till 2am (but didn't) plus order an adequate amount of snacks (I think it was 1 free order per person? included with the $15)The three stars were for song accessibility/app, sound, and size of menu. They were all average except for the first one (app)1) You NEED the app. Its just easier than using the machine. The app's controls, while usable, leaves a lot to be desired.(ex: I tried to search panic at the disco by typing panic" but it only showed up when I wrote "pa" and scrolled through it. It doesn't take long to learn the controls but it eats up time where as a Help section could've cleared that in less than a second. Its straightforward but I've been to karaoke places with better accessibility)2) While the sound isn't bad

Good for groups for snooker and billiards, not much extra. Have not tried the karaoke.

Disrespectful staff!!! we came to the place to play darts and the receptionist girl gave us already used darts and took the deposit. This is a normal practice as we've been in other similar places before. After couple of games we went to replace the darts, because tips were bended. the girl said that we have to pay for the replacement, so we didn't bother ourselves and kept playing with whatever we had. After few more games the tip of one of the dart anyway got broken. Not to mention, in any other place you will get a new dart or tip, so you can keep playing. However, we were charged 25 cents per tip, because as she said you broke brend-new tip and you have to replace it. We mentioned that". But she didn't. She also mentioned that it's the policy of their place for customers to replace the damage

Good ktv place with access to a poke stop.Pricing is as follows:1pm -8:30pm: $11/person (for the whole 7.5 hours) with 1 free drink and 1 snack or another drink.9pm-3am: $19/person (for the whole 6 hours) with unlimited free drinks and 1 snack.Room cost $5 per group, or free if you buy the membership card for $10 which lasts a year.

Service is extremely slow. There was a lot of technical issues that took way too long to fix. The staff seems like they hate their job or just has RBF on constantly. They charge 5 dollars for room fee if you don't buy their membership card. They add gratitude fee so you HAVE to tip. Probably because of their poor service they won't get tips without making it mandatory... LOL

Went there with a few friends today.- Price: $13 + $1 non-member fee for Happy Hour (2PM - 9PM); deal came with choice of two drinks OR one drink and one snackEnvironment:- First of all, the venue is divided into a billiards side and a karaoke side. In my opinion, this is good as it separates the two groups of people from unnecessarily coming into contact and conflicting.- Karaoke room was spacious but not very clean (menus were worn out, seats had little pieces of unknown specimens on them)- Temperature in room was nice (not freezing cold like some other places)- Washrooms were ok (overall decently clean they had no paper towels)FoodDidn't try the food since I didn't want to use up a free drink option for cheap oily frozen food. I ordered a lychee tea with jelly, which was pretty good. One of my friends ordered a Mint Punch, which tasted like an awkward blend of water, some sort of sour tea, and a carbonated drink with a hint of mint flavour. Another friend ordered coffee and water - and apparently water counted a drink choice. Honestly, how STUPID is that?!Song Selection- Had a very large range of Chinese songs (both popular and not-so-popular ones + some oldies)- Had an alright selection of Japanese songs (videos didn't freeze as often as other karaoke places) but was lacking incredibly in the amount of Korean songs available (they only had a few songs per artist, and REALLY old ones at that)- Remote control-based as opposed to the touchscreen selection method I'm used to. In other words, it wasn't very efficient, nor user-friendly; it took me a while to figure out how to use the remote. And the screen was just a bit too far for us to decipher some of the words.Service- ABSOLUTELY HORRID. The people were rude and unwelcoming. When I went up to the counter to order a drink, the lady curtly just told me to use the (very dirty) phone in our room. And they hung up on us various times when we tried to order anything. Also, the drinks didn't come until at least 25 mins after ordering them. I understand that they also have a billiards side to attend to, but that doesn't mean you should be neglecting a portion of your clients.- When asked about the 10% off student discount on the counter, the guy just gave us a look that said Are you stupid?" and pointed to the fine print at the bottom of the poster quite rudely

3 reasons not to go there:1) Limited seletion of songs. The song list is long as other ktv. However, most of the song will show an error" message when you select them.2) Horrible quality of sound system.3) Membership is required. Firstly

Came here for a birthday during happy hour - had a lot more songs we knew vs. other places. Probably only worth it and fun if you have the right company to be with. Person who checked us in didn't seem to know what they were doing, though.

This was a scam. I had called in advance to ask about the price for a 1 hour game of snooker, and the lady on the phone informed that it is $13.00 flat. When I got to the place, I was asked of my ID, and I handed my drivers license. The lady didn't return it to me claiming that she will keep it until the end of my snooker game. I did not feel comfortable and demanded it back. Her reason didn't make sense to me as she mentioned that she can keep my credit card as ID as well... Finally an agreement was made to provide a deposit of $40 but receive a refund of whatever remaining amount is. (Which she agreed would be $27 if we play for an hour)After playing an hour, we went to the lady to get the remaining 27 dollars back. She insisted that the rate is $19.65 ($13/hr plus $6.65) because we are not members of the club.... We asked why this wasn't mentioned earlier before we played, but she did not answer our question and said we had to pay the fee. This is unprofessional and the worst place to go to as the customer service was terrible. It is unprofessional to keep a driver's license or credit card as ID and not return it. It is unprofessional to not mention hidden fees while knowing the customer has asked about the total rate twice.***RECOMMENDED TO NOT GO TO THIS BILLIARDS/SNOOKER CENTRE.***

Bad remote control (not a touch screen), rooms arent that soundproof. Cost $14.99 for 1h and $5 for non-member and its a must to order 1 drink each. Poorly maintained washroom.
