Fantastic repairs. Never been disappointed with the quality work done here. Not cheap but the job is done right. I have gotten many extra years from the quality leather products I have had repaired here. Would definatelty recommend.

This is not a shoe repair shop but a shoe butcher !!! Can t even glue a simple soles job. The soles came off shortly after the repair. I don t believe they had any training at all. So disappointed and it gives good cobblers a bad name. So stay away please , if you like your shoes !!!

I brought a pair of leather sailing boots that a dog had chewed the back out of into be repaired. I was very pleased with the customer service! They had explained all the work that needed to be done for the fix and how they were going to do it. The boots were ready a day early and when I picked them up the leather matched perfectly and the repair was very well done. Aside from their knowledge and skill in shoe repair, I was also given a couple pointers on how to keep my dogs away from my boots. Thanks for the service, I will be back!

I took three pairs of shoes to get fixed. One pair were brand new and I paid $15 to get them stretched. They only stretched one! As if that wasn't enough the second pair that I took needed a new bottom heel and touch up. He did such a sloppy touch up I brought them back. He refused to fix them claiming that I only paid to replace the bottom heel and offered me a black permanent marker and said sorry for the miscommunication.This place takes no pride in their work I highly recommend you go somewhere else AND if you have absolutely no other option make sure you get a detailed written quote otherwise you'll get burned.Absolutely aweful.

Excellent repair, great workmanship and a no-cost, time consuming sewing of an inside patch that added reinforcing between the sole and the boot to ensure repair was long lasting.The owner was attentive and the repaired boots were as good as new with quality leather soles and a binding patch for longer wear. Exceeded my expectations!Moneysworth at the Bayshore Plaza has restored these dancing boots that were written off by another shoe repair shop- hopefully they will provide me many more years of comfortable wear.Five Star!

I've had several repairs/maintenance items done on my shoes here over the years. Most recently, I had a pair of (expensive) tall leather riding boots narrowed. I was extremely nervous to have this done as they are already pricey boots and I wanted them to keep their tapered shape, since that is why I love them so much. They were able to take them in just beautifully and they look like they were never altered. I would highly recommend these folks!! Extremely reasonable pricing, very friendly, and quick!! :)

WARNING! Be careful of the lady that works at this location. She ripped us off and over charged us for a simple fix. I had asked to get my shoe's bottom heel rubber replaced. She quoted us $15 and advised us to come back in 30 mins. When we came back,she had marked our tag that we requested full polish and heel replacement and over charged us for service we never requested and refused to fix the bill.Stay Away from this location at Bayshore Mall! Big Scammers!

Went to get a key copied. They finished it really quickly and charged $3.50 for the service, a very fair price in my opinion.
