I have been bringing my laptops here for repair for years. Ken does a great job getting my computer working.

This computer repair shop is downright hostile towards their customers. There's absolutely no transparency whatsoever and they have a tendency to make false claims in defense of their business. I brought a desktop to them for a repair. They fixed the problem, but I found that after the repair, I was unable to connect on one of my USB ports. Whether they had caused this problem or not was uncertain, but what I did know for sure was that I did not have this issue when I gave them the desktop. When I brought this up with them, they insisted that they were not responsible rather than being willing to inspect the desktop. They had guaranteed that their repairs would hold for 3 months.As a result, I left a negative review that I felt was fair.In response to this, they put up a post riddled with false claims. I have no idea where they came up with these claims. For example, I had not been to many computer stores and I was not told that no one could fix my computer. I went to exactly one computer store, which was K-V Laptops. I'm sure it makes them look better if they claim they made a repair that no one else could. The original manufacturer, ASUS, had already offered to fix the part for a similar price. The only reason I sent it in to them instead of my OEM is that shipping the board would take longer. I did not demand that they open up the desktop and explain to me every repair in detail. If labor is performed on a car, or any other expensive device, there should be a summary of work performed and an appropriate price for each repair. This is known as an invoice. They refused to tell me what was done except that they had fixed the motherboard." This is equivalent to your dealership simply telling you that they "fixed the car." My laptop screen was broken by the hinge. I went to 3 different computer stores and no one can fix it. A friend referred me to K-V Laptops and boy were they good. My laptop was mended in one day and I'm a happy camper. They did an excellent job and I will definitely come back and refer them to everyone I know.

Fantastic people. They are very reasonable and professional. They replaced my laptop screen in 20 minutes for a great price and were very friendly. Nice to support a small family rather than a big corporation. Highly recommend.

Can't even describe how great this place is and the people at this company are. Several years ago, I needed a charger for my laptop that suddenly stopped working, but was unable to reach the due to a snow storm and did not have access to a vehicle. I had a huge deadline to meet that night for work, and they came out of they're way in the snowstorm to deliver the charger! Since then, I have been going to them for years, and have serviced 3 different laptops here. Their knowledge is superior, their prices are more than reasonable, and they are 100% honest and reliable. I would suggest this company to everyone and anyone I know!

They've given my laptop new life twice in the past 5 years or so, both repairing a charging issue and replacing a painfully slow hard drive. Both times they identified the issue quickly, repaired it effectively and quickly at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. I brought my laptop for repair and the day they said it was gonna be ready, it was ready. They work fast and are honest about their job. The price was also very fair. I really recommend them.

My girlfriend and me had our laptops serviced here last week and we are very happy with them. We have been coming here for years. We just bought their TV service and it was fantastic.
