We decided not to have our car repaired here based on the poor customer service experience that we received from the minute we walked through the door. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and not the least bit friendly! For a customer service based business, the person at the front line needs to be more welcoming, and based on this alone, we decided to go elsewhere!

Took my car in for minor repairs due to a hit & run, scratched bumper. I’d been to a different location many years ago and the service was great. This location seems unorganized, customer service was mediocre at best. Two hours before I was supposed to pick up my car, they called to tell me one of their employees had damaged it in their parking lot and they would need to keep it over the weekend and into the next week. The whole experience was very inconvenient, they weren’t forthcoming with information about the damage their employee did, and I would absolutely not recommend them in the future.

This is my first time with CC and I must say, I'll definitely return for any and all services going forward. They make all the difference in the world with their personalized service, friendliness, superior craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer service. My vehicle looks brand new!! Highly recommend!!!!

Professional in every aspect that counts. I was served promptly and with due attention to detail. Upon dropping off my vehicle, a loaner car was brought to me. Within TWO days my car was fixed, and dropping off the loaner was even simpler. The repair was perfect. The only unpleasant thing was the overpowering smell of whatever cleaner they used on the inside of the car... like mothballs. Had to drive with windows down for a few days. It was a brand new car, three days old, not really in need of a cleaning, but I appreciated the complimentary service nonetheless. 5 stars regardless, highly recommended.

Fantastic work! It’s my first accident and the bumper was totally damaged. I was really worried about how can they repair my vehicle. John and his team did a great repair work on my car and it looks brand new now! I put the pictures here so you guys can see. They also clean up the interior!

I had a great experience with this company. From the people at the front desk to the estimator and the body shop, they did a great job with getting my truck to look mint again. I highly recommend this company!

I would not recommend anyone trust their vehicle to this shop. Took our vehicle in to get a very minor about of damage repaired from someone backing into the bumper and fender.After initial repairs were completed they had actually done just as much noticeable damage to the vehicle by themselves trying to repair the actual damage.The fender of the vehicle is held on by decorative rivets, which it looks like they used pliers to pry off each one, damaging the fender at every rivet. It should go without saying a body shop should be taking every precaution to not damage something they’re trying to fix, but clearly not this shop.Brought it back in to have the damage they fixed repaired, which was completed fairly quickly, but when I went to pick up the vehicle I could literally pull one of the rivets off by hand, and the front of the fender was loose. As once again, no care or consideration, as well as no quality control or checks took place. Clearly.Seriously just go somewhere else.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with our local Colwood, Craftsman Collision. From the moment an appointment was made to repair the damage done it could not have gone smoother.We were informed through out the process and were very happy to have it returned to us looking like it never happened and sooner than anticipated.A sincere thank you to Toby, Dawson, Tricia and all the amazing staff behind the scenes who did an amazing job!!
