I dislike giving bad reviews, but I have no other options. When I initially inquired about printer repair service, I was advised by the front desk that turnaround time would be around 1 to 2 business days, and that tech would call me if time required would exceed 1 hour, which I had to pay for when I dropped off the printer. It has now been almost 3 weeks, and I still have not received any news when my printer will be ready. I have had to chase the tech down twice myself to see if he has done any work on it. I have expressed to the tech that I have a business to run and that I need the printer back asap. Had I known that they were this busy up front, I would have sought another option. Not knowing when the repair will be complete, what the cost would be, leaving the customer hanging, and requiring the customer to chase for updates are not acceptable. What's worse is that when I do call, I am transferred to an answering system. We are all busy. I hate to say I was a bit fooled by the previous reviews. Unless immediate action is taken to remedy this issue, I would not recommend this business and would definitely not return.

I bought an AltaLink C8055 from these guys. Had dealings with them when they were Alberta Printer a while back. Same people are still there from 4 years ago. Unlike the other Xerox dealers, they actually have their own in house service team. I'm not sure if they are the absolute cheapest, but they know their stuff, and are more than fair. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
