Joelle had me as a guest spot artist in her salon. It was an incredible experience. Joelle and her husband Ryan are completely welcoming and friendly as is everyone in the shop. It was an amazing atmosphere, clean, beautiful space and good vibes. I had been following Joelle for a while on Instagram loving her work so to be able to have this experience and friendship built with her was so special. Would recommend her as she is truly caring, kind and clearly passionate and dedicated. Thank you!!

I am absolutely in love with my brows. I went into Joelle with some remnants of someprevious micro blading colour in my brows that was off colour and was extremely unhappy with, and was nervous for another service to say the least. As soon as Joelle talked me through the procedure and expectations I was immediately relived and confident in her work. The results were outstanding, the imbalance I had in my brows before was gone, the shape was exact and the colour was immaculate! So happy and will never go anywhere else. On a side not her studio was spotless and so professional. Best in the Okanagan for sure!

I have been to Prism twice now and both times I've had an excellent experience. Joelle's office is very clean, comfortable and cute :) I recently had to cancel an appointment due to unsafe road conditions and she was extremely understanding about it. She did an amazing job of my lip tattoo, really taking her time to get it perfect with outline as well as colouring. Joelle was wonderful to work with, and I will highly recommend her to friends and family!

Exceptional service, friendly and professional! Joelle was amazing to deal with from the moment I contacted her to get my powder brows done. I was skeptical at first but seeing all the positive reviews made me reach out to her. It’s been two weeks and my brows look fantastic. Joelle walked me through the different stages and she checked her work numerous times. She also made sure she asked for my opinion. She listened to the shape I was comfortable with and I’m so happy. Now I get up in the morning and take very little time to get ready. Thank you so much Joelle!
