the service technician ran the internet cord through the pipe in my garage so far through that he lost the end he needed to connect to. he had to call his supervisor to come and rescue the day. I was first appointment at 8am and it took them almost two hours!! just to set up internet.

Came to my property without my concent, Installed fiber from my property to neighbors, Tech and Supervisor (Vehicle # 763) had the guts to call me names, because i asked for insurance incase any of the utility company, my kids, neighbor kids, family member trip and fall... shameless, totally unprofessional, i would recommend firing the supervisor or teach him some professional think or two....Threatened me of me breaching the local bylaw if I disconnected the fiber, made me upset, I turned ON my camera, recorded his video, when i asked him if this was his work or his company work , denied it all.........Rogers, you can do better than this....

This tech came and made my rogers service WORSE by playing a guessing game with my ROGERS fibre internet service. (removed a signal attenuator on a fibre fed line, now I have NO SERVICE—he didn’t even check to see if it was working) Parked in a no parking zone, left garbage on my garage floor, REMOVED equipment ROGERS SENIOR TECHS installed, lied and told me Rogers changed the signal without a call to Rogers head office....I had to make suggestions to help him trouble shoot( I told him three times Rogers said the lines to the house were fine) didn’t check signal levels ONCE ( how do you diagnose a signal issue without checking the signal??) and just walks away mid conversation....Rogers should be embarrassed to have INTEK as a contractor.This tech didn’t FIX ANYTHING.. just made things WORSE!!!Service call was for today 8-10am, truck 611.

After we had 2 different technicians come to our house who didn't' fix our issues and were of no help we finally got a good one. If you are having issues and need a tech you should ask for Rajvir Singh Khangura. He took his time, tested wires, tests signals, looked at all our connections, checked if things were working after he thought he sorted the problem and when it still wasn't solved he problem solved until it was. He answered all my questions and was very calm and re-assuring and explained everything in great detail - and I had a lot of questions as the other two tech's said all was good and left. He stayed late into the evening to ensure our problem was fixed before he left. I appreciate this type of service and it seems rare to find someone that actually cares about doing a good job in this industry. Intek - he should be given a raise. You have a good employee in this guy! Thank you Rajvir!!

Best company ever, department always ready for help, no pressure.

Friendly coworkers to work with, professional training and management for service. A few of customer who was frustrated and given one star review only by some purpose or misunderstanding in the Field Technician. Far more good review if someone can. Technicians are not the god, can fix it all, but they are angels who were serving you for sure.

Technician was sent through Rogers to fix my fathers cable box. My father is in a long term care home. At 12:52pm the technician called. I was on another line and was unable to hang up in time to answer the call. I called back at 12:53pm to have the call ring and go to voice mail. I have been calling for 2 hours and have been unable to get the technician or any staff in the office. Talked to Rogers after the fact. They said the Technician canceled the call because 'No one was home'. My husband was waiting in the home for the technician as well as care home staff that were on site. Completely unprofessional. We talked to Rogers ahead of time and mentioned the repair was in a long term home which they understood. Technician clearly did not want to do the repair or enter the home.Completely unprofessional.

WARNING **** Do not allow these techs to be alone in your home. ****They steal, they don’t do the work they’re supposed to do and they completely rip out bell services so you have to stay with Rogers. Management doesn’t care and uses the Rogers call centre as a threat. I have filed a BBB report, spoken to my MP and now writing this to protect you.DO NOT allow these people to be in your home unsupervised.

I am sick and tired of having this truck parked in front of my house. How about you? Should these trucks be parked in a yard like Bell Canada or do you love waking up to BEEPERs going off in the wee hours of the morning and late at night. DO NOT SUPPORT ROGERS!!!! if you have this headache as well go to Rogers or Intek to lodge a complaint or if you want to look up your local politician and get them against commercial vehicles in your neighborhood.

5-Stars review for Wei Xing and Allen Quan to install Cisco Maraki on behalf of Rogers our telephone and internet providers at 3050 Yonge & Lawrence. Despite our 1G ignite subscription plan; downstairs below us Starbucks Coffee wifi was stronger reception. After Toronto's biggest snowstorm they climbed on the roof to run ethernet cable to our other office rooms to boost our wifi signal. Very polite, courteous, patient and professional
