Parkdale Vacuum Centre

Had a very tricky issue with a floor pan sweep. The person who installed 12 years ago glued it and there was only inches of room to have access to it. Jeff came 1 day after I called to replace it and after very careful inching his way he accomplished what I thought would be an impossible replacement in 1 hour. Very reasonable too. Thank you Jeff. So nice to deal with an honest business person.

Walked in and asked the owner for an expensive Miele brush bar and active clean filter(also expensive). When I mentioned my vacuum was only 8-9 months old, he said that these items were not necessary yet. Appreciate the honesty!! Will buy future Miele products from Parkdale Vacuum.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from Parkdale Vacuum one day after I placed my order telling me that the vacuum was ready and that he was going to drop it off at my door.Great service and a Jeff is a very pleasant person to speak with.Will definitely be using their services in the future!

Wow!! Our C VAC died over the weekend.. called the store, and Jeff answered from his home, as the store is closed on Monday. However, within less than 2 hours he arrived at my home with a new BEAM system, and installed it in about one hour! Fantastic suction, and much quieter than our old 35 yr old vacuum! Thanks Jeff .. I will spread the word about your great service, and product .. 10 out of 10!!

Owner was extremely rude! We are directed here for a warranty claim.... A very small 5 min job... Was first told we'd have to go days without the vacuum! Then surprise it was a quick fix but still payed the full diagnostic fee. Mainly unimpressed with manufactures warranty policy but also was unimpressed with the customer service provided here. Also note that we were told repairs done here have absolutely no warranty or even 30 day guarantee! So if the same thing happens the next day you're out another $80! Will never return! More polite or compassionate customer service might have gone a long way.... We just got our first central vac system with our new house and I'm only guessing it will need more help/repairs as years go on... But I guess we'll find another shop to support.

Jeff certainly knows his products and was able to find me a vacuum that best fit my needs. He answered all questions and I certainly didn't feel rushed both on the phone and in person.
