I had an eye exam...and, to tell the truth, it was a good time. Dr. Hagedorn was so friendly and professional. Amazed by the technology! I ordered glasses with my new prescription and received them quickly. A great experience all around.

I recently purchased glasses from Bailey Nelson (Main Street) and I was impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, which made my experience much more enjoyable. What really stood out for me was the fast delivery time. I received my glasses within five business days, which was incredibly quick and efficient. This was especially important to me because I needed the glasses for work, and I couldn’t afford to wait too long. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Bailey Nelson. The quality of the glasses is great, and the excellent customer service and fast delivery time were the icing on the cake. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great selection of frames. My glasses were ready when they were supposed to be. All around a great experience. My daughter always buys her glasses here too.

I have always hated seeing an eye doctor since my eyes are not very good. But the doctor and staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole time. They also have a big and nice selections of frames. Would highly recommend this place!

I came here to do an eye exam and to buy some new glasses. I used to only go to my regular optometrist to buy my glasses but I preferred the styles of the BN frames that I saw online. The entire process was great. Booking an appointment online was easy. Eye exam was fast, professional, and billed to my insurance directly. I’m sorry that I can’t remember the name of the person who helped me, but he was so kind and patient while I tried on almost every frame in the store to see what would suit me best. I really appreciated his help and the glasses came right when he said they would (10 business days). Pickup was easy. I would definitely come again :)

The staff here is always super friendly and helpful--lots of nice frames to choose from, and the optametrist I saw also recommended a new brand of contact lenses for me that have helped prevent my eyes from getting dry at the end of the day :) Really happy overall with both my new glasses and contacts!

Truly the best! My glasses broke while visiting Vancouver (thank goodness they were Bailey Nelson and I had so many store options) The staff helped me switch out my lenses to a new pair of the same frames. Took a little extra work since my old pair had been with me so long. They helped me so quickly to be able to continue my vacation with sight!
