Be aware! Just receive my speakers i bought on their site listed NEW, and they arrived here open box and dirty, packing bag was rip and cable just pitch inside the box loose. Don't buy from them online

I was amazed at the inventory of incredible new and used audio and lighting equipment. Really top notch selection, unbeatable price and kind employees. I was offered an espresso by Nazeer and was helped by Alex, Luc and Zack. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!!

Scam website. Returned product but company still refused to give me refund and now refused to communicate with me.Edit: I received a broken unit that was shipped back. You accepted it as broken and promised a refund OVER A MONTH AGO. I've been following up by email for weeks. Sent an email a week ago, still no refund. No response to that email.I paid for this unit in January and it is now April.This has gotten so bad I have had to escalate this to my credit card company. Not only is the customer service bad, as you can see below, the owners are also quite rude and don't even bother to check if they are in the wrong before accusing customers of being stupid and rude.

I purchased a used pair of Yamaha HS8 (Black Series) Monitors with a Yamaha HS8S Sub Woofer from this place on August-4th-2022 and all I can say is that the service was top Notch". One of the monitor power lights did not work when they tested the speakers in front of me and they immediately asked their technician to repair it and in less than 5 minutes it was repaired. The price was amazing

Had a great experience here. Went in person to buy a few things I saw on the website, and the guys working there were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and even gave me a little tour of their workshop while I waited for the items to be brought over from the warehouse/storage next door. Highly recommend it!

horrible service, waited 2-3 months for my mixer to get fixed and missing a piece. they called me to come pick it up and told me that it’s all fixed and washed. Came back home to a still broken board and the piece was easy to take off. they charged me for labor and the piece but nothing was fixed with my board. I had called them to let them know nothing was fixed and that I would like my money back but he was disrespectful on the phone. not worth bringing anything here.
