These guys are awesome, they really know their stuff , I come here to buy pokemon cards for my son , they're super friendly, they take the time to explain things to you , they have a huge variety of cards anywhere from pokemon to majic etc... they also have board games . And they also do game nights which is pretty awesome. Highly recommend this place.

An absolute hidden gem in Kanata, and a must visit if you even have the smallest inkling of interest in collecting or video gaming. The staff are also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I felt completely at ease visiting the store for the first time (and definitely won’t be my last!) I can’t recommend this place enough. 5/5 stars.

Used to buy here all the time but not so much anymore. After the new owners took over their pricing on Pokemon is way over priced. Started going back to Hobbiesville were pricing is ALOT better especially the Preorder for Charizard UPC I got it for $80 less. This place is good for other TCG products but not for getting Pokemon products.

Initially, this was a 1 star review after the store made a mistake in processing a trade-in. I spoke with one of the owners or managers about the issue on the phone and the person I spoke to seemed more interested in winning an argument than understanding why I felt the trade-in hadn't been processed correctly. The person eventually hung up on me and at that point I didn't think I would ever return to this store.I then wrote an email to the store explaining the entire situation including the poor customer service I received on the phone. I soon received a reply from owner Adam apologizing on behalf of the store and offering a refund for the difference I had lost due to the way the trade-in was processed. Adam showed a high level of customer service and seemed eager to make things right with the customer.Overall, I think customers can shop here with peace of mind as the owner is very good at responding to complaints or concerns.

Great place. Anytime I go in there they're awesome to my kid and communicate well when I have questions about certain products.

Excellent experience, clean store, easy to find what I was looking for. Staff were helpful and patient. My son has recently started playing MTG with our pod, and (wish I'd caught his name!!) Our clerk on Saturday morning was great, encouraging and provided excellent insight into the products we wanted to purchase. New LGS :) will be back often.

Very happy that I found this store. I buy a lot of retro video games from here. Not the biggest selection but are always bringing in more at reasonable prices. Plus great service and staff.
