highly recommended rental company i was on business trip and didn't have credit card and these guys still helped me out with a rental which no other company did thank you so much for making my trip easier and I didn't have to spend allot money on cabs :)

I had rented a car from 123 Rentals and I would say they were the most accommodating car rental company I've ever used. I am most definitely going to use the service again and will refer them to anyone in need of a car rental service.

Rentals123 is an exceptional car rental company that exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

Very poor and sketchy service provided. For one, the rentals require a load maintenance which was clearly ignored by the company, which automatically heightened my safety concerns.I was required to pay a $1000 dollar damage deposit which was taken by the company because I was a few hours late into extending my rental. They had my rental’s battery turned off and locked me outside of the vehicle with many of my personal items still inside such as my cellphone, clothing, and even my identification was trapped inside the vehicle. They then had the vehicle towed back to their company, seized the whole 1000$ damage deposit and claim it was for the tow fees and for the cost of a new key. This was absolute poor treatment to me as a paying customer because in less than 24 hours of me being a little late to extend the rental, they were able to squeeze 1000$ bucks cash from me. I returned the key to the police in literally less than a few hours after the rental was due for an extension and after they had the vehicle towed but they still managed to keep a hold on my money.Without a doubt, this was the worst treatment that I have received by far from ANY rental company in the way that I was dealt with absolute disregard.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from 123Rentals, and I must say that it was an incredibly positive experience. From the moment I arrived at the rental office, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they made sure to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. The car I rented was in excellent condition, and it was well-maintained. The interior was clean i highly recommended them. :)

Worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with in my entirety of doing this in my life, I pray nobody else has to go thru the physical and mental pain this company has put me threw. They are a big Scam and all the cars are broken with very serious problems and as soon as something goes wrong they force you to pay there Thieves and scammers
