I get my dogs grooming here and Olga is the best. Along with Rafia she is so good when it comes to customer service and makes you feel welcomed the minute you walk through the door. I love petsmart and have been coming to this location since I became a dog mom. Everyone is so sweet and even the trainer Ryan is amazing. Highly recommend for puppies.

Garbage service. They denied my dog because he's overly excited?!?! Some bullocks. I'm so upset he's an eight month old American bully and they don't know how go handle him. I guess you only bring little magget dogs here. Never coming back.

I'm a regular at this location but I get nervous because it's always a new groomer. Today I brought my Rottweiler (Czar) to Christian for bath/brush/some extras and it was great. Me and Czar are extremely close and I felt really comfortable leaving him with Christian & the team!

We have a very bad experience in dealing with their groomer, Olga. She is very unprofessional and does not know how to deal with dogs. We took an appointment to groom our little 9 Months Yorkee, but she refused to take him saying he is dangerous. What the hell, she wasted our time and she does not know how to treat the dogs. Our dog is so sweet and nice but she made false story about his behaviour.She needs more training especially to serve in a diverse cultures community. I hope the management should take note of it and hire good staff otherwise people will reject this location and owner has to permanently close this store.

Absolutely terrible groomers. Our puppy was there for a trim and the groomer shaved him off. There is no one supervising the groomers and we ended up with a groomer who was angry and took it out on our dog. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was racially motivated towards the owners.They made us pay upfront and refunded the service charge but these is no accountability for the damage that has Been done.Ontario needs to start regulating dog groomers and make sure they have the right temperament and skills to groom.This is not the grooming for a golden doodleDo not let your dog get groomed by NICOLE

My family and I decided to sign our puppy (Quin) up for puppy classes to both socialize and teach her (and us!) some basic training. Ryan was our trainer and we can truly not say enough amazing things about him. He has so much knowledge along with tips and tricks to improve communication between pups and their families. He is also very patient and gets to know each dog individually which helps so much when training them. We had such a great experience that we signed Quin up for the advanced and intermediate classes as well. Thank you so much Ryan :)

Have been taking my golden retriever to this location regularly, and have not had an unpleasant experience until today...My dog had the misfortune of being assigned to Christian... I checked in at my appointed time, and me and my dog were made to wait almost 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us.. other customers coming after me checked in and left, but only when no one else was around, was my dog checked in... After that Christian made a big fuss of having to inspect my dog thoroughly, having other members of staff check her as well.. the unsaid assumption being that my dog was unclean/undesirable...This seems to be a common occurence at this location, people from indian/black ethnicities are being faced with unspoken discrimination.... Even when I went to pick my dog up, she was the last one being groomed, though i had checked her in almost 6 hours ago, in the middle of the day.... And to top it all off, just as i was picking her up, Christian almost sprained her ankle trying to get her off the grooming tablePetsmart really need to train their groomers better to serve this ethnically diverse location. Almost have half a mind to remove this as my preferred location.

My wife came home extremely stressed and unhappy after her trip to PetSmart today. Seems that the dog grooming department (well, definitely a specific groomer by the name of Jen) decided to have a good old fashioned lazy afternoon.As my wife arrived to get our dog groomed, an angry customer was already present. He'd driven 45 minutes there, only to be told that his appointment had been cancelled.For our dog: Jen decided that because he'd had trouble there before, that she wasn't even going to attempt to groom him*. A summary dismissal.You'd think that she was talking about a snarling, vicious beast - as opposed to a handbag sized nothingness.*(1 year ago, when he was a very young puppy, and he'd freaked out at his first ever grooming - he's good now, he's been groomed numerous times)So, 2 for 2. In just a matter of minutes, Jen had ruined several peoples days. Presumably to free herself up for some sitting around and doing nothing, until the next person comes she can turn away.Pathetic service. Suffice to say that none of our family will be purchasing anything (for dogs, nor fish) from this store, or any other PetSmart from now on.We'll go to a store that actually wants our money.

My children and I arrived fairly late approx 8:30pm. We drove all the way from Mississauga and took us a little over 30 min to arrive. We were told they can’t sell us a parakeet so late and that we would have to come back during the day. After talking to Amy and Karen for 5 minutes they agreed to release the bird to us. Even though it was their policy and had every right to say no. I appreciated this and so did my girls. You made them very happy. Thank you
