Olivers Raw Pet Food

Hands down the best pet store to buy raw pet food. Was told they have disgruntled past employees writing fake reviews! The funny thing is that the store has been busier since! Each time a positive review posts little hands are at their computer trying to jeopardize the store however, the staff the selection are wonderful! Even have meal worms for my chickens!! Thank you Oliver’s Raw you are truly a compassionate store who are knowledgeable! Rusty and Gerry thank you!

I cannot say enough about Olivers Raw. Ever since we moved to Nanaimo they have treated us with great kindness. They are easy to work with and have helped us tremendously. They areva small store but very knowledgeable. Again great store. Highly recommend.

What a great place to buy pet food. They have really competitive prices and have all leading Canadian brands! They are always super friendly when I come over. Ask them a question. They are super helpful!

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! They are always friendly and eager to help. For anybody who is going there with limited to no prior knowledge, this team is not afraid to jump in and explain everything thoroughly! There is never any pressure to buy raw, just helpful staff full of smiles!

Prices are jacked... but they have some unique or at least rare to find pet goods. Glad to realize I was not the only man to get barked at by a pit bull in the store... barely chain-leashed to one of two giggly young ladies. They pretended it hardly ever happens... (must be me or my hat) ... but same happened with the next guy... totally predictable. Bad for business, unless one likes to be charged at for coming in to shop.

I have hands down never had better customer service than I have while at Oliver's. I have been buying my cats food from this location and the other one for over a year now and am always pleasantly happy with the customer service I receive. The quality of pet food the stores provide as is top notch. I can say that several months ago the store had a young man that worked there that consistently messed up on my orders and claimed to call me when he did not to pick up my orders. I understand this man no longer is employed and is now disgruntled and making fake negative reviews that are false. I will continue to support this business as they have been nothing but amazing to me.

Friendly staff and good selection of healthy dog treats

I went in there looking for some good food that would suit my dogs dietary restrictions, and I was greeted by a lovely girl named Zan. She was amazing to deal with and guided me through all the options with such a warm spirit. She ended up helping me pick the best option and my dog loves it :)
