My go to location for my all my shipping needs. Dustie is warm and welcoming, she is super knowledgeable and very helpful. The service provided always leaves me impressed. I will travel out of my way for this customer experience.

This ship centre is terrible. The staff are uncooperative, make up their own shipping rules, and need to be trained on how this works. I was trying to return a package just now and the girl behind the counter said $2.99 for a little piece of tape, they did not have any tape which other drop centres will often have. Once I came back with the package re-taped, another guy said “we cannot accept it with clear packaging it must be in a box” even though FedEx shipped this item in clear plastic packaging. It shouldn’t be this hard to return a package. Another location was happy to accept the package.

I was surprised to find this place. Much closer to home than the other locations. I'm by Wonderland and Oxford, north central area I believe.It's located on Lane Street, not far from the McDonald's but on the other side of Wharncliffe. There's a small place to park, for 6 vehicles or so. Very friendly and helpful staff.
