From out of town and decided I needed a RC boat for the lake. I'm not sure what the one stars are talking about as the service was great. He explained the differences between the tiers well and even tested the one i ended up buying to make sure it worked before i left. Even set me up with batteries in the transmitter so I didn't have to buy AAs right away. The way he was talking about his orders I can tell he's busy, but I didnt find that took away from the customer service at all. Honestly its his shop so he knows what sells, so of course he's going to stock mainly the parts for what he sells. And with his explanation of his current selection I completely agree with it. A very nice shop and definitely will be my go to place again when I'm in the area!

He is aculy I nice person every thing I need he has always had it in stock if he doesn't then he orders it. He is only mean to people if they are mean to him and if he doesn't seam interested it's because he doesn't carry your type of car but he will usaly find a way to get you the parts you need as fast as he can.

I can't appreciate how much Jack helped me. I bought a vintage lighter for my father and it didn't work. Nobody would help me out. I came to Jack's shop and he gave me a chance. He really cares about his customers and doesn't expect anything in return for his deeds! All in all he fixed it for me and I thank you! Also unique shop and a must stop for hobby lovers!

Jack was very kind and allowed me to browse his shop well after his regular working hours. He provided me with some insightful advice and conversation. Furthermore, he is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and interesting to say the least. I hope to be able to visit him in the near future.
