Put in a request for a site survey and was told I'd be contacted in a week. After 2 wks, finally called back for results. All packages were explained without a lot of technical jargon

We had a 90km per hour wind storm where my tower nearly fell down I called them and they were here within an hour their service is the best I've had through any other isp's I've had in the past. I highly recommend anyone in their service area to connect through them .awesome people awesome service I'd give them 10 Stars if I could. Keep up the awesome work

Very odd small company. I’ve requested a site survey in Feb 2020 another in August 2021 and then called to ask why no one has came for a site survey. I was told they put me on the list and someone was on my road doing surveys later in the week. Two weeks went by and no one came to my house. I called back in mid August and was told that they couldn’t find my house. No one called to verify the address or get directions. My house is 220 years old and hasn’t move its location. I even even sent the gps coordinates. I suspect they aren’t interested in new clients. I will never contact this company again. I gave them 1 star for being pleasant and yet a tiny bit sarcastic when I called back and was told they couldn’t find my house. Hope others don’t get treated this way. Good luck doing business like this.

Awful connection. Every time I watch Netflix it loads every 5 seconds no eggaduration. It shuts down randomly for hours or even days at a time and no matter what the connection is so slow and I'd much rather just pay for data then use from this service. Been a customer for over 10 years now and no improvement. If I didn't live out of town I would have switched Years ago. Please just don't waste your time.

Very slow internet buffers all the time paying 77 dollars a month for dial up one tower for all his customers would not recommend..if you are a gamer hit and miss mostly miss .. small company nice staff but in this day and age you expect what you pay for and unfortunately don't get it here ..unless he upgrades his towers

I brought in two laptops that crashed. Had to pay the $30.00 deposit, no problem there...but no receipt or anything. Then they called and told me both laptops had failed hard drives....okay with the price so go ahead and replace I told them. Then 3 days later, there are more issues, it will be more money...had to argue the charges for a replaced hard drive that I didn't need because the laptop wasn't worth saving but in the end they came good and refunded the cost. I gave them the laptop for parts. Why not 5 stars? They installed an antivirus program on my laptop that is annoying as heck! ALWAYS has alerts and popups!

Internet service is good. However, your mail server Email service is not. Several times now my service has been out all weekend. Important messages can't get through. Seems like you don't care about continuous Email service. Maybe it is time to look elsewhere........

Went to check out refurbished computers and I was extremely pleased with how much time Taira took with showing me options and looking in depth about questions I had either with her own personal knowledge, asking others at the store or even checking the internet several times. She was pleasant, friendly and extremely patient, I didn't feel rushed. I would definitely recommend checking them out, I found them to be honest and fair.

The service was good at first but now I do not get half of the performance I use to. Excuse after excuse and the only thing they want to do is put you in a higher package instead of honouring the current one. Very frustrating experience.Good response time for online supportActual service itself leaves something to be desired. I do not recommend this service at this time.
