Getting rid of your parts journeyman was the absolute worst decision. The call center has no experienced parts people. The years of knowledge, and expertise are so lacking in the folks who answer the phones currently. No one calls back, if i have an older engine no one has the experience to help. Just the worst customer service experience for an industry that relies on quick assistance, attention to detail, and deep product experience/knowledge. I just called into the call center and the 'rep' that answered with just 'hello', sounded like i just woke him up. As a RSE journeyman myself, its disheartening to see no value in our trade by the largest commercial engine maker in NA.

The maintance service staff in this company in Surrey location are dishonest and very rude. They did not respect their clients. The after sale services very disappointing. I had generator for my food truck from their brand and it is not functioning properaly and it is still under warranty. I asked them to solve this issue urgently as this affect my daily business work and lead to loss of money for me and my staff. They did not solve this issue till now. I will continue looking to my right to let the generator working and from tomorrow l will start to complain to the government authority and l will do legal claim aganist this company if the issue will not solved soon.Please for any one read this review l asked don't recommend to you to buy any products from this company and please till for all your friends and relatives about this issue.

I own a new ram, want to keep my warranty for now, but I do my own maintenance. Great prices and exactly what the engine needs.

Went in with a working ONAN for full service, returned back to me with an oil leak. Genset was unrepairable and an $11,000 replacement at MY cost was their offer.Thanks anyway. Cullen now does my servicing.

Great place to work and gain experience

Top notch service, parts department always gets me the right parts when I need them. Although not always are my parts in stock I see things improving and that’s the main thing. They really make you feel like they care about your issues and try to understand how to make it better.
