Anglewood Custom Furniture

I recently decided to try my hand ay some wood/metal projects and this was my first time buying live edge. I had contacted a few places closer to home but they were rather condescending when I’d mention I was new to this and needed to be guided.The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. They got me the right wood and finishing oils for the project and walked me through how to prep the wood and how to apply the finish as well.10/10 would recommend bringing your business there!

I had the pleasure of working with Alex on a few projects this year and have nothing but good things to say about him and his business. Alex & his staff at Anglewood are friendly, down-to-earth people. They're incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and offer quality local craftsmanship at reasonable prices. Anglewood has a well-stocked showroom and material samples available, which I found incredibly helpful for those who don't quite know what they're after (like me). The workmanship in Anglewoods products are exceptional. We have three great pieces from them a long live edge farm table which seats 10, a new super cool dining table and a stunning custom made vanity. I have had no trouble talking to Alex about my thoughts on the vanity and he was able to produce what I asked for. The tables beyond expectations!

Bought some walnut from here after watching 489403 videos on youtube about making epoxy tables and needless to say the quality of lumber and advice were more than adequate to build a table my self! Here are some photos.

I've been following Anglewood for over 2x years now since their early beginnings, and I knew I would use them for my future dining table, fast forward to today it's done!After comparing to many pre-fab live edge and other custom makers, Anglewood seems to be the fastest growing, innovative, and we'll priced of the bunch in Ontario!Alex is a master of his craft, having lots of experience and provides great input and advice for your custom projects.There were some details missed in our work order, but he was able to accommodate and make things right. I have to admit that I do my research and shop around before I purchase anything. I drove miles and hours to find the right place to built Custom Furniture. I have visited many workshops and meet many staffs. I finally decided Anglewood Custom Furniture is a perfect place to have my dinning table, coffee table and a bench built. For me, quality is extremely important and Anglewood quality and craftsmanship are out of this world. Everyone at this place are extremely friendly. I am looking forward to purchase more from Anglewood.

Is it possible to give MORE than 5 stars? We followed Anglewood for a bit and absolutely loved their combination of wood and epoxy elements in various tables. We ended up getting them to make a custom dining room table for us and the results were stunning. The ordering process was simple. I was given a text update when the pieces of Walnut were chosen and if they looked good, then a few weeks later we got to go see the final product. They went above and beyond my expectation with our table. It is as much a work of art, as it is a piece of furniture. The only downside is it takes a few weeks to get the table, but this is to be expected as it is a custom design and takes time. I cannot recommend Anglewood enough. 1st class work and service.
