After having my vehicle serviced here many times, it's about time I leave a review.If you're looking for a shop with integrity that values their customers, look no more. Christian and his team are top-notch, professional, friendly, and most importantly they're honest and up-front about their work and repairs - a rare find nowadays.I began my day today stranded on the side of the 401on route to London. After arranging a tow, I continued on my way and figured I'd be lucky to see my vehicle back by the middle of next week being mid-Friday morning at this point. A short while later, OK Tire calls with what I'm assuming is a courtesy call just to inform me they've got the vehicle and would likely get to it early next week.I was pleasantly mistaken - not only had they already pulled it in to diagnose, they'd identified the issue, sourced and priced the part, provided me with a quote, AND said I'd have it back by the end of the day today. I was floored.A day that started out absolutely miserably (not to mention facing a busy weekend without my vehicle) was completely salvaged by Christian and his team. Thank you, thank you, thank you!Take your vehicle to see the team at OK Tire, you will not be disappointed!

OK Tire is the only place I will take my car. Their prices are great, customer service is excellent and I never have to worry about being taken advantage of because I'm a woman.

I gave 4 stars because they marked my car with some car oil from somewhere. My car is white making it very visible. I later had to clean off carefully. Great business. I ran over a construction site popping my tire yesterday picking up my wife, and they got me in immediately without appointment. Did the job, and not so expensive. Good place to go. Thank you very much

Christian was my first contact. He patiently explains everything so I could understand. Their rates are very affordable and they service with pride. I definitely recommend this place.
