Good, well trained PSWs. Scheduling department keeps clients informed of changes to cope with staff illness. Common office for PSWs affords good continuity by letting staff share client circumstances.

Great place to work.

I can't believe ils will let the psws go at the end of the month. We are already short staffed. This will put us, the clients at risk.

Staff are kind, caring, and well trained in their profession. They are courteous and adhere to their schedules as well as possible. A call is usually received when they are running late.

The people are amazing to work with but they are ssoo unorganized running around all the time waiting for work, wondering what days you do have to work... They also use time off for death in the family ( MIL I found and the other death was a suicide) against you for work. They tell you to your face it's OK and they are sorry then use it as an excuse to get rid of you.. and even though you tell and email about time off (doc app) well in advance they make you work it anyway and get upset if they have to reschedule.. they also give you hours you didn't agree to and make you work most weekends

Very disorganized organization.Could benefit from a re-structuring.

Poorly organized due to lack of communication and transfering of information. Actually kinda of embrassing they still operate lets be honest
