Absolutely amazing practice. From the receptionists to the doctors. I am sooooo happy my family and I were accepted as new patients recently.

Very disappointed. Called today for an appointment to look at getting a puffer for my sons chest congestion. Our family have been patients there since it pretty much opened. As my son has not been sick in 3 years and not visited during Covid, I was informed he is no longer a patient. I had to fill out a new patient form, called back and was told to wait a week for them to review it before getting an appointment. I do feel for them right now with everyone sick however, how does this make any sense? My hope was to get a quick appointment with Mario Wanigatunga, (who really is great) to assess my son's symptoms.

dr. Takhar is always rushing. She does 2 mins of appointment for both my parents. Doesn’t listen and just runs from one room to another. Even with something serious she doesn’t care all she cares about it seeing more then 100 patients a day

I have had nothing but amazing care here from Dr. Motiwala and his team. The reception staff is attentive and welcoming, always able to make appointments and contact them on the phone. Dr. Motiwala has been exceptional in his delivery of care and has truly taken an interest in my health. Thank you all!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Takhar and her staff. I never feel rushed and I always feel listened to. They always find time to see you as well!

STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTHI can’t believe how this clinic stays open with how sketchy and shady it is. They never pick up their phone lines, they book “appointments” without any written notice and act like the appointment doesn’t exist when you show up. The receptionists are rude and don’t know how to do their job. There was even an instance on Christmas Eve where there was 5+ cars in the parking lot showing up for their appointments and not a SINGLE doctor showed up. The lady there had the nerve to tell us that they were calling patients to inform them of the cancelled appointments after we already showed up. We even called the clinic appointment was still on but as I mentioned before, they never answer their phone line.I was honestly terrified for both my wife and unborn baby’s health until we managed to switch to a different family doctor.Anyone who works at this clinic and allows it to run the way it does should be ashamed of yourself. There are peoples health being put at risk and this clinic seems to just be a scam. No one has ever gotten back to me after several left voicemails.PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH

Our first family visit was an eye-opener. We have been informed and told that our first visit for family registration was scheduled with Dr. Takhar. When we arrived, to our surprise, we were seen by some different Dr. Our infant was suffering from a high temperature, and no one bothered even to check his temperature, no history, no one-on-one discussion and four family members were done in 2-3 min. The recipient cannot answer or take their eyes off the monitors and make eye contact with the client. Very disappointed.

I am beyond amazed with the medical care I received today by Dr. Wanigatunga. For the longest time, I barely got 5 minutes from my original gp. This doctor went beyond my expectations. He is compassionate, thorough and took the time to explain his recommendations. He has phenomenal bedside manner which is rare these days. He spent well over 40 minutes with me and I cannot even express my gratitude enough for this care. The reception staff is so warm and friendly as well. Thank you. I am so thrilled I made the switch to this practice.

I have been waiting over a week to have a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Their website will tell you prescriptions are filled within 24 hours . First time they sent it in they didn’t have the doctor sign the prescription so the pharmacy could not fill it. I was then told days ago it had been resent only to find out that was not the case . Awful! No wonder people go to walk-ins instead….

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The receptionists are very rude. They never pick up the phone and when we go there they always say all the appointments are booked you should have called before coming in. And if we say we called and nobody picked up they would say because phone lines were busy. I went there for my child and told them he is really not well still there response was so rude. I was talking to my husband that should we go to the walk in clinic then and the receptionist interfered and said you are not allowed to go to walk in and you can only go to the emergency if you have a family doctor. Can not wait to find another family doctor.
