Had to go to this store on two occasions because of UPSnot delivering to my home while I was at home all day. The purpose of a courier is to get it from point A to point B. Not me having to go pick it up. The ratings by customers are from one end of the spectrum to the other. Some find it great, others find it lacking. I can only speak for my own experience - both visitsto the store were extremely SLOW. I would choose an alternate source of service.

Ups. More like idiots. Leaving a parcel unattended outside. Was stolen. Lost 326$ parcel because drivers can leave parcels outside where anyone can steal. Shame on them.

We were planning to move to another country and had to ship a few boxes of stuff. The customer service are perfect. They helped us packing each of fragile items and all were well protected. They will also follow up with us with the shipment.The highlight of their service is the luggage service. It is very convenient to those who would like to go to China for a long term stay. They will help you overcome all the difficulties such as oversized items, fragile items and so on. They will optimize the the arrangements of your items so you won’t spend unnecessary cost. Please ask the staff if interested.

I’ve had the greatest experience there. The stuff was super friendly and patient. He explained to me how long it took for different services (regular vs express). Also, he is very transparent with the price. I’ll definitely go there again!

Don’t trust this store, it’s a nightmare! My package is delayed by 13 days and they say that its not their job to help me track the package. If it is an international shipment, UPS Canada will also not give you a solution. I wasn't going to make the same mistake twice, my second shipment was with DHL through Staples and it arrived on time with no problem. If you want to avoid a headache, don't ship your packages at this store.

Horrible customer service. If you have an issue they simply tell you to call the UPS call centre because they are privately owned" and not owned by UPS. You would think that a place who names itself 'UPS Store' and provides UPS services would at least make an attempt to aid you instead of sending you away. Will never return at this location."

Paid for a service to hold mail but when we decided not to renew the service they refused to give us our mail until we would.To the replier: Please give me an e-mail or any way I can contact you and I can assure you this did happen and we got no calls except the one saying you were holding our mail until we payed.
