I've had my Xerox equipment for over two years and have had a great experience. I was worried about response time on service calls but all the technicians have arrived in under 2 hours in Nisku. Also my my account manager Greg Daugherty has been very prompt with e-mails. Looking forward to future business with Segue Systems.

Greg came and set up our new xerox machine today. From setting up and assisting our IT he made sure the machine is fully operational. Bennett came to check if everything was perfectly installed and set up. It's great to see real people on site taking care of their clients. Great customer service from these 2 Gentlemen.

There have been a few times when I have needed supplies at the last minute to meet a deadline, and Bennett from Segue has always been top notch in meeting those needs, delivering the supplies in a timely manner. Very professional and great service.

Had a phenomenal experience working with Amber and Segue systems, they were extremely helpful assessing my printing and scanning needs. I got my new printer delivered right to my door substantially faster than my expectations. Once delivered they had Greg reach out to me and get the whole system set up for me so I could get right to work, the whole team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
