Well I cannot give to Monaco Waterloo location a good review. The Nurse were super sweet but my Botox results were the worst results I ever had. I was very clear with her when I said I wanted my forehead with no movement. I went for the time and two weeks later I came back and I bought more units to make sure it would work but today almost 30 days after my follow up appointment I can move my forehead completely. I contact Monaco they give 1000 excuses and did not solve my problem. I need to pay more if I want to do not move my forehead. It was my first time and it will be my last time going to Monaco they don’t care about their client and something is not correct there their product are not good or their nurses has no experience

I had a facial with Lina and she is super sweet. Made the environment super pleasant and did a fantastic job. I'm happy I discovered her because I got to see the amazing work she does on her Instagram.Also had a dissolve with Nurse Debra. She is so knowledgeable and guided me correctly to what I can seek properly in the future. She took her time and understood my future goals.

I am a client of two other Monaco locations and naturally I had to check out the new Waterloo location. I had a lip filler session with nurse Lina. She is so amazing. Very knowledgeable and provided the best service. Lips are beautiful, no bruising whatsoever. She didn't try to convince me to get injected more product than I needed. Lina is such a sweet person. Definitely will be back!

I’ve been seeing Judice for my facials for a while at the other Monaco locations but I’m so happy that she services here in Waterloo as well now! Judice always does a thorough assessment of my skin at each visit and will cater the facial to my skin needs. I always feel fresh and glowy after the facials but what I appreciate most is her putting me on a skincare regime that has improved my skin soo much. Sometimes less is more!Judice is very knowledgeable and you can tell she’s passionate about her work. I honestly recommend Skin Club for everyone because the pricing is better per facial plus you feel more inclined to keep up with the treatments.

A few days ago, I met with Nurse Lina for my injections! This is the second Monaco location I’ve been to and once again, I am extremely impressed with the work and product I’ve received! Nurse Lina is an absolute angel. Lina is very welcoming and informative! From the gate, I felt comfortable and excited with the service I was receiving! Throughout the appointment, Lina gave me the best of care, and was delicate with her approach and technique! So far, my results have exceeded my expectations! I cannot wait to see the final results in a couple of weeks! Thank you Nurse Lina and Monaco!
