Cambridge Kitchens / Aya Kitchens Cambridge come at a great price but fail to come through. I am still waiting for a final visit to fix many errors that should not be an issue. Contractor installer error, errors in ordering and a plethora of I'm sorry you have to deal with this. This brutal experimental has left my family embarrassed that we didn't just install our own Ikea kitchen. This is my last resort in attempting to have any sort of recourse or refund made due to delay and subpar installation. I have photos to attach showing improper cabinet size ordered for our sink that had us scrambling to make work, bad mitre work and a horrific custom gable end that is laughable that someone was paid to assemble. We are closely getting to a year of waiting for completion and doubt they will make the repairs needed citing wear and tear or some other built in litigatious excuse to exhonerate themselves of responsibility.At this point they have our money so I don't see why they will come through. Shame on me for not withholding funds. Lesson be learned to anyone else looking to use this company.

Recently I reached out to Cambridge kitchens in regards to a needed repair. Cambridge Kitchens had installed my kitchen a few years ago and stood by their guarantee on the cupboards they had installed.They responded to my call in a timely fashion and sent out an employee to repair my kitchen drawer.I'm pleased with the kitchen they installed in my home and the great service I have since received.
