I have brought my truck in a few times as well as family members and had a wonderful experience. Under the new ownership, things have changed completely. The shop has been cleaned and renovated and it shows the the new owners really take pride in what they do. I had a power steering pump on my dodge that needed to be replaced and not only did they replace the pump they found a leak on the steering box and replaced the o rings and tightened up the lines to stop the leak that caused the pump to fail in the first place. The new owners of Ideal Auto and Tire go above and beyond to satisfy their customers at an the best price in town. No where in Edmonton can you find that quality of service for that price. I would recommend anyone to use this place for any work that needs to be done on their vehicles. They also have the best prices for oil changes around as well. I take my Cummins there every time for oil changes!5/5 experience.

Took my Montero yesterday for alignment because I had just installed new tires and wanted to get allignment done. Initially I was supposed to drop it off and pick it up later but they got me in as fast as possible. My truck drives straight like an arrow. Very happy. Fantastic people!. Keep up the good work.

They quoted a good price for a pair of tires for my RV, and had them ready to install the next day. They identified a couple other issues and were able to fix one of them themselves. They were fast and efficient. No complaints and will prove back soon for some work that needs to be done on the wife's car.

They will do technically right inspection. Average on the price point. Good shop for wheel alignment. Will do the right thing what is need for the car. Will not mislead you into something. Trustable in that part.

They provide professional vehicle service, accurate with their estimates, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of all repairs I've had them complete. Took my new Ford Explorer in today to have some mud flaps installed.Had brought my own set to have installed. We realized the ones I brought weren’t going to fit.(being a new vehicle)Larry and his team contacted ford to see if they had parts in stock they did so a courteous call to my self saying ford has mud flaps to fit would I like to have them installed. I said yes go ahead.Upon dropping my vehicle of 8am this morning. Got the call saying vehicle all done around 1030 super fast service.Larry and his technicians did a great job here is a picture of vehicle on hoist ,shop very clean front to back.staff that I had dealings with were knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this place

Service is fast and great. They repair my tire promptly, and also check and adjust pressure of other three tires which is additional service free of charge. They are friendly and I like small local auto shop just like them. Inside of shop is clean and properly managed.
