The salesman we had was not the typical pushy type. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. He made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Recently purchased a new central vac unit and was pleased with the service I received. Sam was able to get us a great deal and installed the unit the next day which was greatly appreciated! I am very happy with my purchase so far- my only regret is that I thought we were getting a 35 ft hose and when I looked on the box after I had opened it the box said it was 30ft. But I should have paid attention...very happy otherwise.

I have no idea how any customer can write a negative review about this store. As soon as we walked in the gorgeous show room, we were immediately met by polite staff! Smelled nice, like flowers and chocolate. Sam inspected our power head and was so honest. We thought the power head wasn't working properly because of the motor. Sam tested the head and discovered that the HOSE was faulty. The wire harness was damaged, therefore electricity would not conduct to the head. We don't know any better and he could have taken advantage of us! He repaired the hose for $95 and I promised to write a review. Thank you Beam Windsor.

Highly recommend Beam Windsor! Sam went above and beyond for us. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We purchased a unit and to stand by his word of when he said it would be in, upgraded our unit for a very small fee. He was very fair and threw in many extras to make the deal even better.
