I had to replace my phone and with Katlynn's help the transition was seamless. She provided excellent customer service. Many thanks for their consistently great service.

My six year old Samsung finally collapsed. Previously I always purchased my phones. Well that ship has now sailed. So now you have to add it to your plan. I was not happy. I went to four different places trying to purchase a phone, to no avail.one store, The Source, was to pre-occupied to even speak to me. I stopped at the Wireless Wave outlet and started a conversation with Arron. After about an hour I left with a knee phone, thanks to him. He took the time to go through the many options available to me to acquire said phone. During the lengthy conversation he stopped (at my insistence) to help numerous customers with their concerns and gripes. With these people he was always polite and helpful, which is more than I can say for some of these people. I watched and listened as he soothed the savage beasts in the crowd. This convicted me that I was in the right place to get my phone. Thank you Arron. You were great.

Aaron and his team have top notch customer service! He did everything he could to make me happy, even returned a brand new phone that I wasn’t happy with and figured out a better option for me. Very knowledgeable and will do anything he can do to get the best deal. i got the pleasure to deal with Caitlin, she was very knowledgeable and was able to get me upgraded to a a phone that met all of my needs in a very timely fashion. The staff at this location are amazing. I have dealt with them numerous times and always have had amazing service. Most recently I called to get some insight comparing phones for an upgrade. Even though I was purchasing through my fido app and he wasn't going to make a dime, he still walked me through specs and helped me decide what the best phone would be for the money. Honestly I make the drive from Shelburne to Bridgewater any time I can give them my business. Hands down some of the best service I have ever received on a consistent basis. If you are looking for good advice and a company that won't take you for a ride, go here. So helpful, so genuine, just all around the best. Don't go any where else.
