Gervais Party and Tent Rental

We booked Gervais for our wedding pre-COVID. Original plans were for 150 guests. When COVID hit they were wonderful to work with!! They really made us feel important and were very understanding about having to cut back on our order due to number of guests. We rented the tent, table, chairs, linens, and table settings. Everything worked out perfect! The chairs worked in both the ceremony and reception areas. We were able to leave the sides of the tent open all night. I'd recommend Gervais for anyone looking to rent!

Was grateful to stumble upon Gervais Rentals when planning my wedding. There is such a colossal selection. You can find everything and anything for an event that you're hosting.We rented everything from chairs, tents (with lights), barrels, barware, napkins and more. The tents truly created a cozy and intimate atmosphere during the wedding- and it gave us peace of mind. Everything is easy- tent set up is fast and efficient. The staff are competent and friendly. After the wedding, all things were collected. We didn't even have to wash any dishes!Truly is a gem. Would definitely recommend if hosting any event.. they'll have what you're looking for and at a reasonable price.

We had a fantastic experience working with Gervais for our wedding this September 2022. We heard great things about them from my sister and brother-in-law who used them for their wedding in August of 2021. From the beginning, Darek was quick to respond and to come look at our property to make sure it was suitable for a tent wedding. We felt very comfortable in his hands and followed his recommendations. The team setting up and taking down the equipment was professional and did a great job. All the equipment was clean and looked very nice. We would definitely recommend working with Gervais!

Darek was great at helping us set up the details for my clients back yard wedding. We used a 75 x 30' clear top tent, tables, chairs and dance floor. It was beautiful and perfect for the location. The crew setting up were professional and efficient. Gervais is great company to work with!

Gervais was an excellent company to work with to create our small backyard wedding. We were treated with respect and importance even though we were renting in small quantities. Harrison was a pleasure to work with and the drop of and pick up was seamless. The team was easy to contact, and prompt. The items we rented were high quality and came packaged carefully.Would highly recommend using this company for all of your event rentals.

If their reckless driving on the highway is any indicator of their professionalism, I would highly recommend you avoid these guys at all costs. Your parties don't come before the lives of the citizens.

Gervais was wonderful to work with! We had our wedding booked with a banquet hall and when COVID hit, we realized we had to cut our guest list and postpone. We didn't want to postpone, so we opted to have a small tent wedding in a backyard. Gervais was easy to work with and set up the tent in a timely and organized manner. There was a slight hiccup with the tablecloth colours we ordered, and they fixed it right away, bringing us the correct colour within an hour. The lighting, which was super important, was more than enough. Everything was beautiful and they helped make our day perfect!

Harrison from Gervais was quick to respond, professional, kind and extremely helpful when I was asking questions with regards to renting chairs for an upcoming wedding. Fantastic customer service and prices were reasonable!

10/5! John was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the beginning he was responsive and helped meet all our event needs from the tent all the way to the charger plates. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. The team who installed the tent were so quick and professional. We even needed a heater for the tent last second and he had it delivered and installed on the exact same day! That's how you go above and beyond for your customers. I wouldn't choose another company to work with ever!

These people are wonderful. I was able to pick up the chairs a day prior to the event and return them a day after the event. Very reasonable prices and super friendly and helpful!!! Would use them again!!
