My 86 year old mother has received very comprehensive care from Indy. She did a wonderful job of matching mom with a fabulous caregiver, Catherine, that she really clicked with, and Indy listened to feedback when another caregiver wasn't a fit. We were reassured by the Covid precautions used, including Catherine being the only caregiver going into mom's house. Indy checks in regularly to make adjustments to the care as needed, consulted with mom's family doctor regarding concerning symptoms to get them addressed, and we have felt very included in all decisions made. I live in a different city, and it has been a relief to know mom is receiving reliable professional support when I can't be there. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Qualicare Edmonton South. My parents are in their mid-80s and like many of the age are running into major challenges while they live at home. My mother has been confirmed as having dementia and my father is coping with the adjustment to be her care giver, along with other family members living nearby. The anxiety of the burden became untenable a few months ago.I was introduced to Indy Toor at Qualicare who was patient and understanding in helping family members through the untenable situation. We began by engaging her to find us a suitable care giver part time. My parents have historically been very stubborn in accepting care, but Indy's style along with the chosen care giver led to immediate results. The care giver (Lovedeep) was almost immediately accepted by my parents and is now a full-time care giver. My father is being coached and learning how to cope with the situation rather than fight the challenges.Qualicare and Indy have accommodated us through the difficult challenge of accepting care and then moving quickly to improve quality of life, including lessening the burden on other family members. The care is allowing my parents to live longer in the familiar surrounding of their home before having to potentially move to a care home.I highly recommend the services of Qualicare Edmonton South and the leadership of Indy and her team.

They were very warm, open to any and all questions, helped us to understand what they could offer.They offered more than patient care, we were both taken care of emotionally, and physically.
