Usually we go to this location for Popeyes, it's fast food anyways. This time we ordered 2 orders of wings and a chicken sandwich combo. We got our food in 15 mins. We took off but have to return after 10 mins drive. THEY FORGOT THE SANDWICH! How the manager did that? She's the one who packed the food. Absolutely ridiculous. We have to go to another location from now on.

Ghost pepper chicken sandwich was pretty good!! Good kick for the spice but not too spicy, crispy chicken, 2 crunchy pickles. Solid 8/10 for me!

I bought 4 pieces of chicken but I can tell it has stayed for a long time. I called the store told them the chicken were not fresh and the lady said would make a new one for me. And then I got the “ new “ one, dumped the first 4 pieces. However when my friend ate the new one, it tasted stale and smells stinky… I went there the third time got the money back, they seemed like not caring the problems…. That’s terrible

If you are hungry don't come here. They make you wait, and sweat in the heated setting and listen to them nonstop chatting with each other in their native language. Took them 20 minutes from the time I paid to get my food.A very loud and hectic place to be.But on the other hand, I had my first sandwich today at the one on Main Street, Stouffville where Anni was great and courteous to serve.I guess when there is no choice one can always find a better choice than this one.

I am a big fan of Popeyes. I purchased five ghost pepper wings from this store, the food quality is terrible. It seems the meat is not fresh and it smells not good although it’s deeply fried, I can smell the meat is not that good and it seems be kept for some time…I throw away all of them. Not go to buy chicken from this location anymore!!!

Ordered the 12 pc chicken meal which was supposed to come with 6 biscuits. I got 10 pc of chicken and 5 biscuits. Popeyes does not even offer a 10 pc chicken meal on the menu so it is obvious I got short changed. I recommend going somewhere else.

Been here a few times, mostly they’re always out of something, either mac and cheese or mild chicken. BUT last time, I got served raw chicken, that’s unacceptable! I’m attaching a picture, you guys should be careful when handling food.

Waited for 20 minutes instead of 15 minutes and when the chicken done employee gave it to new customer. The chicken so small. But the price is too expensive. When I ask her about my order she mixed the mild and spicy. My order all 8 pcs spicy.

Order this on Saturday for a takeout in store 5 wing special and noticed which was included a chicken wing tip as 1 of the 5 pieces. In addition, it seemed that the oil had been used for some time. Occasionally, the quality of food is not as good recently and please provide the receipt. Will go to a different location.
